If there is a damage in product r any delay r out of stock product frm their side they will make a alternative possibility on the very next day of the issue.... My ordinary experience with… My ordinary experience with ozcosmetics.com was just avarage. Nothing special to tell. Its quite accurate to describe shope as avarage, no issues with products range, but no surprises. Prices were just ok, still there are sites that offer the same products cheaper. All in all, it was a pleasent experiemce, but nothing more than that. No troubles or anything special. Just avarage time spend at online shope with plenty of choises & reasonable pricings. No problems with paymant proces.

Worst ever, order with anyone else I ordered a product way in advance as the arrival date of it was crucial. It took this company for no apparent reason(of course they love to blame on covid...) 13 days!!!!!just to actually go to the post and send my package. It’s nowhere to be seen yet and of course will not even arrive on time. Literally the worst ever experience, really just use someone else and save yourself the trouble.

I visited Oz Cosmetics and found it to… I visited Oz Cosmetics and found it to be almost good. There were some product options, but not too many. The website was ok, but it could be better. The customer service was not bad, but it could be improved. I didn't really have any problems, but it wasn't the best experience. Overall, it was almost good.

Waste of time Item was shipped 4 days after receiving cleared payment. It's been two weeks now, but there is no trace of my order. Tracking number is not valid. Email confirmation is from OZ cosmetics (UK), but looks like they are shipping from China. Will never try again.
