Great work Great work! Quality is good to excellent & we love our sign & will do business again & soon. 2 areas of communication that kept us from a score of 5. Might have been me, but I think it was your website being ambiguous at best, may want to rewrite.. I needed a 16X16 sign.. I asked for a bleed at the edges & understood that it would be an Extra 6" making the total area 17X17 What I got was 16'6" It works & its up & we will check closer for communication next time.. They kept in touch during the creation… They kept in touch during the creation process of our banner. The only complaint id have is that it was shipped folded, which made for many seams.
