Great company to work with!!! I wouldn't say I like ordering things from websites, especially items I've never ordered. I called the number listed on the website and spoke with Georgia. She is outstanding at her job! I explained what I needed. She asked me to email my logo and within an hour I had a proof. The whole ordering process was less than 2 hours. This was on Dec. 19, 2022. My order arrived at my office on Dec. 22, 2022. Billboardflex far exceeded my expectations.

Great work Great work! Quality is good to excellent & we love our sign & will do business again & soon. 2 areas of communication that kept us from a score of 5. Might have been me, but I think it was your website being ambiguous at best, may want to rewrite.. I needed a 16X16 sign.. I asked for a bleed at the edges & understood that it would be an Extra 6" making the total area 17X17 What I got was 16'6" It works & its up & we will check closer for communication next time.. The process was so simple and cost effective to boot! The process was simple. The person I talked to on the phone was very helpful. I'm a set designer and will be using your product as a drop. Certainly easier than renting a drop and having to choose from what the drop rental companies have in stock. I got to decide what high-res image I wanted to use to perfectly compliment my set design. It was also cheaper than a rental and I get to keep the drop to use again or rent it out myself! Turn around was super quick, I receiver my drop in about 10 days from when I ordered it. I'm designing another show and will be ordering another drop!
