Might have been me, but I think it was your website being ambiguous at best, may want to rewrite.. I needed a 16X16 sign.. I asked for a bleed at the edges & understood that it would be an Extra 6" making the total area 17X17 What I got was 16'6" It works & its up & we will check closer for communication next time.. Great service Great service, Just need clarification on details of finish work. I thought that I had put three sides unfinished, and I thought it would just be cut to size, but it was folded and bonded on the edge. We did ok with it, and got lucky. It fit into a roll up cylinder for an AHL hockey rink entry way for the players
