Paid shipping and no customer service reply The site said my order was eligible for free shipping but kept adding it in the cart. I contacted them but never received a response. The reason I went through with the purchase anyway is because they had a limited amount of discontinued notebooks I wanted on sale.

Excellent product and customer service. Have shopped with HWE several times and have never had a bad experience. Product is always beautifully wrapped like a gift. Delivery is fast even during this time of mail delays. Plus customers service is always top notch. Can’t express how much this small company exceeds my expectations every time. Can’t go wrong shopping with HWE.

Received a pen with a wrong color The gel pens I ordered arrived well-packed. However, one of the pens I received was the wrong color, and while I did reach out to HWE customer service, I have yet to hear back. Some of the ink levels were also a bit less than I was expecting of brand new pens.

I have been using the cute Brookfield… I have been using the cute Brookfield notes for a few years and have a box in two locations in my home. The shop where I had previously purchased them no longer carries them, so I was happy to see I could get them on line.

HWE carried a complete line, and I encountered none of the "out of stock" messages that I experienced elsewhere. My order was expeditiously prepared and arrived wrapped in lovely handmade paper. I bookmarked this site and will return to explore more possibilities--and to replenish the items I just got.
