Stellar service Over the past year obviously everyone has taken to internet shopping but I have always had bad luck ordering products, I always get the wrong thing or it wasn't what I expected, terrible customer service or the order comes damaged. Opening your package made my day. Not only was it packed with care it was personalized and pretty. Above and beyond. It was so nice to receive my package… It was so nice to receive my package today from HWE. This is the first time I have ordered from them. It was like unwrapping deliveries when we were young... something you don’t often see from US businesses: nicely wrapped products, with handmade paper and string bows. And handwritten notes from the individual who wrapped commenting on their favorite products! Well done!!

Excellent product and customer service. Have shopped with HWE several times and have never had a bad experience. Product is always beautifully wrapped like a gift. Delivery is fast even during this time of mail delays. Plus customers service is always top notch. Can’t express how much this small company exceeds my expectations every time. Thoughtful packaging, better pricing, and better service than Amazon from a small business I ordered notebooks through HWE rather than Amazon in an effort to support small businesses and I couldn't be happier.
