Thoughtful packaging, better pricing, and better service than Amazon from a small business I ordered notebooks through HWE rather than Amazon in an effort to support small businesses and I couldn't be happier. Greater selection, same price, shipped just as quickly and came beautifully packaged with a handwritten thank you note. I'll certainly be ordering from HWE again.

Bindewerk Linen Notebooks! Ordered two Bindewerk linen notebooks and they came quickly, wrapped securely in a few layers of packaging. The notebooks were also enclosed in their pristine Bindewerk plastic wrap. I appreciated the personal note from the person who put my package together and wrapped the notebooks in thoughtful kraft paper and twine. Thank you for carrying these notebooks! It's been tough to find these from other US retailers.

Stellar service Over the past year obviously everyone has taken to internet shopping but I have always had bad luck ordering products, I always get the wrong thing or it wasn't what I expected, terrible customer service or the order comes damaged.
