A great chair experience So far the chair has felt great , it was super easy to assemble, it was delivered to me in 2 days which I was not expecting so that was awesome. The seat is comfortable and the headrest is great as well, being able to adjust it is awesome. Now ive only uses it for a couple of days so my only gripe about the chair would be I wish the backrest would be able to go up alil bit more cause I'm a bit tall but otherwise the chair has been great so far. Would recommend it.

The company is fine The company is fine. Purchased a smartdesk core. Packaging is fine I guess. Assembly is ridiculous. IKEA is easier. Quality is average to poor. That's my gripe. For what I paid it should have been at least similar quality to IKEA. I wish I bought an IKEA desk but they didn't have a smaller option.

I've written a few positive reviews… I've written a few positive reviews about this organization and its products / service. Time to pile on again...my chair has had a few issues over the years - nothing crazy, normal wear and tear - every time I needed anything the customer service team has been super responsive and empathetic. They've shipped replacement parts same day in most cases. Today I had a repeat problem and rather than sending me parts they opted to replace the entire chair - only a company that stands behind their product and truly cares for their customer would do that. So refreshing, thanks!
