GBThe GOAT of Customer Service Agents After UPS stopped providing tracking updates to my lost package on their website, I started the Help Chat on Autonomous.ai's website - in which I was linked to "Ashley". Ashley made it a breeze to understand the nature of my problem and how Autonomous would try to resolve it. There are some natural frustrations that come from the experience (e.g. a delay in getting the package), but Autonomous is taking whatever action they can to get it done right and fast.

GBGreat Desk, iffy assembly Overall, amazing desk. it's the quality I have come to expect from Autonomous. Slight issues over the assembly procedures. When mounting the legs with the mid section, was not clear that they needn't be flush against a surface and the print was very small on the diagram leading to some trial and error.
