CALove the standing desk Sitting for long periods I would be forced to interrupt my workflow to take breaks. Now I’m able to rotate between standing and sitting and it’s made a big difference already. The smartdesk core table is sturdy and well built.

GBThe GOAT of Customer Service Agents After UPS stopped providing tracking updates to my lost package on their website, I started the Help Chat on Autonomous.ai's website - in which I was linked to "Ashley". Ashley made it a breeze to understand the nature of my problem and how Autonomous would try to resolve it. There are some natural frustrations that come from the experience (e.g. a delay in getting the package), but Autonomous is taking whatever action they can to get it done right and fast.

GBI've written a few positive reviews… I've written a few positive reviews about this organization and its products / service. Time to pile on again...my chair has had a few issues over the years - nothing crazy, normal wear and tear - every time I needed anything the customer service team has been super responsive and empathetic. They've shipped replacement parts same day in most cases. Today I had a repeat problem and rather than sending me parts they opted to replace the entire chair - only a company that stands behind their product and truly cares for their customer would do that. So refreshing, thanks!
