GBMy Go To June homes was my go to for the 8 months I spent working in Austin Texas last year. The convenience of having a month to month lease, the fact the the utilities were split equally between all tenants by the company and having the payment portal always available to check billing amounts and payments was a huge time saver for me. I believe the rooms were worth the money and the locations were very suitable to my needs. Thanks to June homes I didn't break the bank on rent while I was working in the city.

GBI stayed in the West Town I stayed in the West Town, Chicago June Homes for 3 months. Alex from the Sales Team ensured my application was processed before I land to the US and had been helpful throughout the application process. The stay was very pleasant. There were few minor issues during the stay; Junes home and the Owner himself made sure that the issue was resolved as early as possible. As stated by Junes, every month the apartment would be cleaned. Overall the entire June homes team work rigorously to ensure their tenant's stay is pleasant.

CNSecurity Deposit Unreturned! I lived in an apartment of June Homes from last August to this February. When I moved in, I paid a security deposit of 2000$+. In September, the resident below complained that our bathroom is leaking water to his ceiling. I reported to June Homes on the app asap and they said I had to do nothing except giving access to the workers when necessary. However, when I moved out, June Homes said that they cannot return the security deposit because of the issue. They said I am responsible for that since it happened during my stay. I am still waiting for my security deopsit now. How can a resident cause such huge problem in a short time? Never trust June Homes anymore!

GBGreat customer service I rented from June homes on a short term lease and had a great overall experience. Here are the highlights- 1. Their customer service is prompt. 2. A ticket system on their app makes it easy to register complaints and follow-up with support personnel. The app also makes it easy to keep track of scheduled maintenance work, internet and door passwords, and other key information. 3. Monthly cleaning services are included in the maintenance fee and they reimburse upto $20 per month for cleaning supplies purchased by you. 4. In-person tours (with a cap of three tours) are organised for you to check out your top options before signing a lease. 5. Onboarding is hassle free. Only absolutely necessary documentation is requested by the team. This is especially helpful for renters who are non-residents. Overall, I would highly recommend June for one’s renting needs.
