When I had maintenance issues, they were available 24/7 to resolve it very quickly. They made the move-out process very easy too - just take a few pictures and boom, security deposit returned timely. I absolutely see myself renting with June Homes again if the opportunity presents.

Security Deposit Unreturned! I lived in an apartment of June Homes from last August to this February. When I moved in, I paid a security deposit of 2000$+. In September, the resident below complained that our bathroom is leaking water to his ceiling. I reported to June Homes on the app asap and they said I had to do nothing except giving access to the workers when necessary. However, when I moved out, June Homes said that they cannot return the security deposit because of the issue. They said I am responsible for that since it happened during my stay. I am still waiting for my security deopsit now. How can a resident cause such huge problem in a short time? Never trust June Homes anymore!
