Ceiling Leaks Water! Never rent with June homes! The renting experience with June homes is the worst I've ever had! I rent with Junehomes in NYC in October. My room is on the top floor and everthing seemed fine when I moved in. However, 3 weeks later, there is a heavy rain and the ceiling leaks water!. My room is wet and it took me several hours to clean. I reported this but the helpline is useless! Everytime they just said "we are escalating your issue" and nothing else! The same thing happened several times and still they did not send anyone to fix it. Before you sign the agreement, the staff were extremely helpful. As long as you give them money, they just run away. Just find another company when you wish to rent a apartment in NYC!

Quick repairs, clean apartments, reasonably priced Very positive experience. June Homes had a great inventory that was available for a reasonable price in this market. When I had maintenance issues, they were available 24/7 to resolve it very quickly. They made the move-out process very easy too - just take a few pictures and boom, security deposit returned timely. I absolutely see myself renting with June Homes again if the opportunity presents.
