The convenience of having a month to month lease, the fact the the utilities were split equally between all tenants by the company and having the payment portal always available to check billing amounts and payments was a huge time saver for me. A ticket system on their app makes it easy to register complaints and follow-up with support personnel. The app also makes it easy to keep track of scheduled maintenance work, internet and door passwords, and other key information. 3. Monthly cleaning services are included in the maintenance fee and they reimburse upto $20 per month for cleaning supplies purchased by you. 4. In-person tours (with a cap of three tours) are organised for you to check out your top options before signing a lease. 5. Onboarding is hassle free. Only absolutely necessary documentation is requested by the team. This is especially helpful for renters who are non-residents. Overall, I would highly recommend June for one’s renting needs.
