When I had maintenance issues, they were available 24/7 to resolve it very quickly. They made the move-out process very easy too - just take a few pictures and boom, security deposit returned timely. Monthly cleaning services are included in the maintenance fee and they reimburse upto $20 per month for cleaning supplies purchased by you. 4. In-person tours (with a cap of three tours) are organised for you to check out your top options before signing a lease. 5. Onboarding is hassle free. Only absolutely necessary documentation is requested by the team. This is especially helpful for renters who are non-residents. Overall, I would highly recommend June for one’s renting needs.
