UPDATE I WAS CONTACTED BY THE SELLER ( APPARENTLY THEY READ THE REVIEWS ) AND THEY SENT ME OUT A NEW TONER CARTRIDGE AND THIS ONE WORKS GREAT. SO THANKS FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE .
