5 Star Experience I ordered toner for a xerox work centre 3215 on Wednesday afternoon. I chose economy shipping and even though Thursday was Thanksgiving, I received the package at noon on Friday!!! Everything about this order was perfect. I received several follow up emails, pricing was much better than all others, and the print quality is exactly the same as the original xerox toner. 5 stars!!

Moving the chip from the OEM to TrueImage I did not realize that I had to remove the chip from the OEM cartridge and put it into the TrueImage cartridge. However, with great help from Eddy and my patient assistant (spouse), we stumbled through and made it all work.
