USMoving the chip from the OEM to TrueImage I did not realize that I had to remove the chip from the OEM cartridge and put it into the TrueImage cartridge. However, with great help from Eddy and my patient assistant (spouse), we stumbled through and made it all work.

USI have asked how to return the items i⦠I have asked how to return the items i purchased and gave the reason why I want to. I have heard very little and received no instructions for doing this. I would appreciate getting this resolved.

USPoor Service Updated Provided prints to your office contact person of the defect in the cartridges as requested and have not heard from your office for several days. Update: Customer Service came through and will replace the defective cartridges. Will buy again.

USI ordered 4 toners from your website I ordered 4 toners from your website. the toners arrived extremely quickly and they are working great! I'll be honest, I've been doing tech/network support for over 30 years and I generally only use OEM toners in my printers. However, financially, I didn't want to spend the almost 4x price that OEM toners would cost. I did some research and decided to give you guys a shot and so far, the toners are top notch! I certainly plan on coming back to TrueImage. Thanks again!
