My experience with Contact Lens Xchange… My experience with Contact Lens Xchange was not bad, but not great either. Average at best, really. Placeing the order was fair, though it took a while I guess, I think it's expected. Prices were alrgiht. I didn't have any issues with a return or anything so I can't say much more. It was kind of middle of the road, nothing out of the ordinary happned. I was not overly impresed but not diappointed either. To sum up, all in all an averegae experience.

Not a good company The shipment came in just fine, but the contacts are not good quality. I spent $90 on the same kind of contacts That I used to get from the eye dr. The contacts from this company feels so fake. The minute I put my contacts in my eyes were SO red and irritating. I emailed them telling them that my eyes are having a bad reaction, and they send me an obvious explanation like your eyes could be just allergic. My eyes are not allergic -__- another problem is that at times it won't stick to my eyes. Third problem is that you can see the blue out lining around your pupil (not cute). To wrap up explaining this scam company, my colored contacts tore in my eye at night while driving! Boy was that painful! I emailed the proof and they sent me another excuse saying that I tore it. I just laughed because this company is not professional and is only good at making up excuses rather than making the customer happy. So I spent $90 and threw everything away within a week.

First my order took over a month to… First my order took over a month to arrive. Second, the contacts were 3 lenses to a box and not 6 like most companies I have used online. I can say that's on me for not seeing that in the details but come on, their price was only a few dollars cheaper than who I usually go with so I didn't think much of it.

This is an update on my review of 10/18/2022 This is an update on my review of October 18, 2022. I finally received my contact lenses on October 26, 2022. They were shipped from Singapore. Over 7 weeks from my order date of September 5, 2022. In the receipt that was in the box is a note saying that I need to "Soak lens in multipurpose solution for 6 hours before use." What?? Are these not sterile? I am not happy at all with this company.

Great Place to shop for your lens This is a great site for ordering contacts. The prices for contacts are much cheaper than eye doctor's offices. contactlensxchange has become the only place I order my contacts from. They also have great GEO Circle lenses and is really comfortable. I highly recommend this site!!!
