Missing items They first accepted the payment and went silent for 3 weeks. Finally told them they needed to ship, so they finally did. They sent me 3/4 boxes, when I had ordered 4. So 1 pair was missing, thus meaning I paid for 4 boxes and only received 3. Contacted them about the issue and they went silent. Shady as **** company.

My experience with Contact Lens Xchange… My experience with Contact Lens Xchange was not bad, but not great either. Average at best, really. Placeing the order was fair, though it took a while I guess, I think it's expected. Prices were alrgiht. I didn't have any issues with a return or anything so I can't say much more. It was kind of middle of the road, nothing out of the ordinary happned. I was not overly impresed but not diappointed either. To sum up, all in all an averegae experience.

First my order took over a month to… First my order took over a month to arrive. Second, the contacts were 3 lenses to a box and not 6 like most companies I have used online. I can say that's on me for not seeing that in the details but come on, their price was only a few dollars cheaper than who I usually go with so I didn't think much of it.
