This is an update on my review of 10/18/2022 This is an update on my review of October 18, 2022. I finally received my contact lenses on October 26, 2022. They were shipped from Singapore. Over 7 weeks from my order date of September 5, 2022. In the receipt that was in the box is a note saying that I need to "Soak lens in multipurpose solution for 6 hours before use." What?? Are these not sterile? I am not happy at all with this company.

Best place for contact lens replacement I really like the competitive prices that are offered on the web tore, as well as how quick they are able to ship the product to me. I haven't had one bad experience ever since I began ordering my contacts online through the web tore the last year and a half. my best friend told me that she had order wrongly once but once you contact the customer service , the issue will be resolved quickly without much hassle . This is greay customer service. I would recommend this web store to anyone and I already did !

Excellent service and Good product I used to get my lenses from another webstore but randomly came across this store one day. Price-wise, it's a little bit cheaper but I was a little iffy since I had never ordered from them before. What completely got me hooked wasn't the cheaper price but the outstanding service. I received my lenses in about a week, which is almost 3 times as fast as any other sites that I've tried. The lenses are wonderful and fitted me nicely . You can tell they actually care about making everything right with their customers and put a lot of thought and care into each order, Highly recommended!

Missing items They first accepted the payment and went silent for 3 weeks. Finally told them they needed to ship, so they finally did. They sent me 3/4 boxes, when I had ordered 4. So 1 pair was missing, thus meaning I paid for 4 boxes and only received 3. Contacted them about the issue and they went silent. Shady as **** company.

Extremely misleading Extremely misleading, ordered contacts on 1/27/21 received on 3/4/21 so if you have time to wait it would be ok. But then I received my contacts and only 3 in each box, when I ordered it stated 6 to a box, think they recently changed that but don't have any proof. It was deffinately more expensive this way and took so long to get. The only good thing was quick replies on customer service. I would never use this site again. There are much more reasonable sites with much quicker shipping.
