TERRIBLE. A "box of contacts" that I always order has 6 contacts. From this company, it had 2. When inquiring, they basically said, "sorry, have a nice day." Worst customer service ever.

Dont purchase refund and exchange… Dont purchase the refund and exchange policy sucks....it took forever to get my purchase dont waste your time or money never have I wrote a review but I'm warning u about this company

Rip Off. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I can't believe how misleading and uninformative their advertising is!! Contact lenses from other sellers are 6 (six) per box. I understand their price is much lower but unfortunately it did not occur to me that the difference would be only 2 lenses per box. I didn't see that until after receiving them and then going back to their website to see what I had originally missed. Had I seen the 2 lenses per box, I would NOT have ordered from them. Oh, and shipping costs from overseas was $15.56! I am greatly disappointed. I thought I had found a great deal. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for. If it's too good to be true...

My experience with Contact Lens Xchange… My experience with Contact Lens Xchange was not bad, but not great either. Average at best, really. Placeing the order was fair, though it took a while I guess, I think it's expected. Prices were alrgiht. I didn't have any issues with a return or anything so I can't say much more. It was kind of middle of the road, nothing out of the ordinary happned. I was not overly impresed but not diappointed either. To sum up, all in all an averegae experience.

Unbelievable prices and quality I feel proud and confident every time I share contactlensxchange website with friends and I have been blown away order after order with the good price and quality of everything I've received. There was an occasion that I ended up with one lens (out of many lens in one particular order) that had the wrong prescription, the customer service made it right by sending me a replacement without any hassle or question. I would never use another site for my contacts now. I LOVE the way the customer service staff make me feel that I am always important to them. I never regretted buying from them and will continue to check their website for new products.
