THE place for meetings and conferences We have worked with some of the best venues in NYC, and Convene has been one of the easiest vendors to work with. I love the all-inclusive model because it really helps us budget accordingly rather than coming across an unexpected cost late in the game and ending up way over budget. The particular spaces we have used also have a beautiful aesthetic perfectly suited to the taste of our creative audience. If you are running a conference or a meeting, I highly recommend Convene! Ariel Sealing at 237 Park is the best!

Great venue for events Great venue for events - nice, open, light-filled space. Great amenities - large screen, high quality AV. Built in reg desk. No need for a ton of directional signage. All-inclusive package makes booking easy. Friendly, responsive staff. Easy to make changes close to event date. Also love the espresso machines/snack/drink area.

Convene DC (575 7th Street, NW) Convene DC (575 7th Street, NW) was a great experience. From the contracting to the pre-planning through to the event itself, the staff was amazing. They were responsive, offered great solutions and were a true partner in our event. The space was conducive to our goals for our meeting. It was high tech, modern and comfortable. The food and beverage was creative and nicely displayed. Onsite, the Convene DC team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have a successful meeting. The attendees loved their experience.

A Wonderful Experience The experience, from reserving the date [Lauren Metchik and Kayla Weinstock] to the end [Kayla Weinstock and Daniel Cabrera] of Town Hall, was seamless and hassle free. All of my questions were answered with little delay. This is important to mention given the high demand for this location and Convene in general. I truly cannot think of anything that was not addressed or explained.

Major failure to carry out two… Major failure to carry out two significant aspects of our event. Food service failed to provide (or was not told to) provide a second buffet. AV failed to provide adequate (and paid for $1600) service Also, seating was squeezed, despite being told in advance that we would have an audience of significantly older adults with cancer. Food was great and the Convene staff were lovely.
