A Wonderful Experience The experience, from reserving the date [Lauren Metchik and Kayla Weinstock] to the end [Kayla Weinstock and Daniel Cabrera] of Town Hall, was seamless and hassle free. All of my questions were answered with little delay. This is important to mention given the high demand for this location and Convene in general. I truly cannot think of anything that was not addressed or explained.

Major failure to carry out two… Major failure to carry out two significant aspects of our event. Food service failed to provide (or was not told to) provide a second buffet. AV failed to provide adequate (and paid for $1600) service Also, seating was squeezed, despite being told in advance that we would have an audience of significantly older adults with cancer. Food was great and the Convene staff were lovely.

Great venue for events Great venue for events - nice, open, light-filled space. Great amenities - large screen, high quality AV. Built in reg desk. No need for a ton of directional signage. All-inclusive package makes booking easy. Friendly, responsive staff. Easy to make changes close to event date. Also love the espresso machines/snack/drink area.

Exceptional service Exceptional service, food and attention to detail. There is always someone assigned to your event to make sure all goes smoothly. Their IT support is top notch, yet alone the wonderful views from their meeting rooms! You won't be disappointed!

Definitely 'convenient' and beautful. Pricing is just getting a bit too much. I am very satisfied with Convene locations when we host our programs there. I do think they are pricing themselves out of some business however. The pricing is getting way too costly especially when they don't allow receptions to be part of F&B minimums without some tough negotiations. While they seem "convenient", and services are good, it's not working for our budgets and still have to review other spaces. While I like their food selections, it's the same when we host multiple events throughout the year at different locations. Presentation of meals, actually just breaks could be improved as it leaves attendees looking around for more.
