Major failure to carry out two… Major failure to carry out two significant aspects of our event. Food service failed to provide (or was not told to) provide a second buffet. AV failed to provide adequate (and paid for $1600) service Also, seating was squeezed, despite being told in advance that we would have an audience of significantly older adults with cancer. Food was great and the Convene staff were lovely.

We have had two meetings at Convene... We have had two meetings at Convene in the past month and to say that the groups loved the venue would be an understatement! We had a third meeting at a different venue- similar in that it was all inclusive except we had to order outside catering. While we spent less money at the other venue, my boss was firm when she said that we should always use Convene unless they were booked! The natural light, food, technology, staff and creative environment were everything my groups could have asked for! 10 out of 10!

Excellent experience, would use and recommend! I highly rate my experience booking with Convene in New York City. I was planning from London, UK and this was never an issue. The group were extremely accommodating and made sure all arrangements were taken care of. I did not attend the event but received only positive feedback from the attendees. 5 star service.

Convene Overall is the Best Place for YOU! The best place to hold any event. (meeting, workshop, etc). Extremely professional and capable of handling anything thrown at them. Their entire team is spot on and knowledgeable of their services. I have had the privilege of hosting at 4 of their locations and all were outstanding. We will continue doing business with Convene in the future.
