Frederick has been very patient with us… Frederick has been very patient with us in answering all of our questions and is always available to us when we need him! Kellie has been fantastic to work with on-site. She's very responsive to all of our requests and goes above and beyond. The facility is very clean and modern and the food is very good with ever changing menus and plenty of snacks to please a variety of appetites!

We have had two meetings at Convene... We have had two meetings at Convene in the past month and to say that the groups loved the venue would be an understatement! We had a third meeting at a different venue- similar in that it was all inclusive except we had to order outside catering. While we spent less money at the other venue, my boss was firm when she said that we should always use Convene unless they were booked! The natural light, food, technology, staff and creative environment were everything my groups could have asked for! 10 out of 10!

Convene is a meeting planner's dream… Convene is a meeting planner's dream venue! I've been a corporate event planner for over 30 years and my experience with Convene at Old Slip in New York was one of the best ever. The proposal/contract process was a breeze (we basically completed the entire process in two emails!) The Convene staff was extremely professional, courteous and could not have been more helpful! The only problem with Convene is that they are not yet located in every city in the U.S.!

Great venue for events Great venue for events - nice, open, light-filled space. Great amenities - large screen, high quality AV. Built in reg desk. No need for a ton of directional signage. All-inclusive package makes booking easy. Friendly, responsive staff. Easy to make changes close to event date. Also love the espresso machines/snack/drink area.

The DC Convene team rocks I couldn't be happier with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team Convene put in charge of our emergency request. We had clients in town for a meeting and the attendees swelled to too many for our selected space. With just two hours warning, Convene had all of us in a room with coffee and snacks - we had everything we needed. The contract and payment process was totally do-able on a smartphone from an Uber, which was a real relief. Thank you!
