Excellent Customer Service/Support I ordered a desk on 12/31 but hadn't received an update going on 2 weeks. When I reached out for an update, Ariel was quick to respond and let me know when I can expect it to ship. That was good enough for me, but when my order did ship she went out of her way to reach out to me and confirm the item shipped. I really appreciated that she took the initiative to follow up and not just forget about my request.

If service is a good sign, I'm in for a treat.. Just waiting for my desk to arrive here very soon. Very excited to be able to add it to my office space and start the new year in style. Just wanted to say how much of a pleasure it's been dealing with Ariel and having a single point of contact. Great Support! The team at VersaDesk was easy to work with from Sales through to Customer Service. I was sent an incorrect control box for my desk and after some troubleshooting, the correct box was sent out to me overnight. Loving my new desk!
