Very Well-Engineered and Excellent Materials w/ Great Customer Support. This is an extremely well engineered and built piece of furniture. I had seen some reviews that it was difficult to assemble and parts were missing but they were from several months ago and I did not experience that. It does take a long time because there are a lot of pieces but no problems to speak of. What might be helpful in the future is labeling the parts that go together in a specific way to prevent the customer from installing something backwards or upside down. You have probably seen this, little stickers with A-A, B-B, C-C, etc. I did reach out to customer support on delivery and Ariel Gurrea was excellent! He kept me up to date on shipping times and also sent me the assembly directions before it arrived so I could plan out the assembly. The desk, looks great, is solid and works great! Happy customer.

She has been quick to respond when I’ve wanted updates on shipping, then more recently she quickly resolved my issue with a missing part. If service is a good sign, I'm in for a treat.. Just waiting for my desk to arrive here very soon. Very excited to be able to add it to my office space and start the new year in style. Just wanted to say how much of a pleasure it's been dealing with Ariel and having a single point of contact. She has been staying on top of my order for me, providing updates even without me having to ask. Not something you get these days.

Solid Product, Responsive Customer Service As a first-time customer with VersaTables, I'm so far satisfied with the quality of the product and customer service offered. The items arrived in good condition, pulled and packed neatly with all parts and manuals included. Assembly was no problem. The Service team was a great help, as they were prompt in responding to emails with answers to my questions about my order. I'd definitely consider shopping with VersaTables in the future.

I purchased my desk late fall I purchased my desk late fall. The wait time was not acceptable, but the customer service was worse until I contacted an internal accounting person that streamlined communications. The delivery was still delayed but at least I received updates until I didn’t. Once I received my desk and it was assembled, the keyboard tray didn’t extend far enough. Requested another and waited. Once the replacement was received and assembled, I have the same problem. It’s really unacceptable. I haven’t notified Versa this time around, as I just learned the tray doesn’t work. (My handy man just assembled it over the weekend). I just want it to work correctly!!
