Our Christmas Presents to US :-) We placed the order before Christmas and our expected delivery is on 1/23/2024. When checking on the status of our order, Customer Service (Ariel) responded quickly and provided an update. Upon notification our order was shipped, I contacted Customer Service again to see how I could track my order. Ariel responded again and advised how to track it. I also asked another question, and she replied she would check with her Engineers and email me with the answer. As promised, Ariel emailed with the answer to my inquiry.
