My Versa Desk Experience My Versa Desk when I pushed the power button to rise it up, the power went out and it remained in the up position. But due to the extraordinary support from Ms. Ariel Gurrea, we were able to resolve the problem after many days of trouble shooting, because I couldn't send any pictures due to the classified environment, I work in. Ms. Gurrea, is an awesome professional leader and adds tremendous value to Versa Tables organization. Truly, thankful for her untiring support.

If service is a good sign, I'm in for a treat.. Just waiting for my desk to arrive here very soon. Very excited to be able to add it to my office space and start the new year in style. Just wanted to say how much of a pleasure it's been dealing with Ariel and having a single point of contact. She has been staying on top of my order for me, providing updates even without me having to ask. Not something you get these days.

Very Well-Engineered and Excellent Materials w/ Great Customer Support. This is an extremely well engineered and built piece of furniture. I had seen some reviews that it was difficult to assemble and parts were missing but they were from several months ago and I did not experience that. It does take a long time because there are a lot of pieces but no problems to speak of. What might be helpful in the future is labeling the parts that go together in a specific way to prevent the customer from installing something backwards or upside down. You have probably seen this, little stickers with A-A, B-B, C-C, etc. I did reach out to customer support on delivery and Ariel Gurrea was excellent! He kept me up to date on shipping times and also sent me the assembly directions before it arrived so I could plan out the assembly. The desk, looks great, is solid and works great! Happy customer.

I’ve ordered from Versa before and had… I’ve ordered from Versa before and had a great experience but this time around Ariel has taken it to a new level. She has been quick to respond when I’ve wanted updates on shipping, then more recently she quickly resolved my issue with a missing part.
