Lifetime warranty was honored I had 2 Versa Edison table tops that started warping after 10 years and the current design wouldn't fit so they replaced both tables. Great Support! The team at VersaDesk was easy to work with from Sales through to Customer Service. I was sent an incorrect control box for my desk and after some troubleshooting, the correct box was sent out to me overnight. Loving my new desk!

My Versa Desk Experience My Versa Desk when I pushed the power button to rise it up, the power went out and it remained in the up position. But due to the extraordinary support from Ms. Ariel Gurrea, we were able to resolve the problem after many days of trouble shooting, because I couldn't send any pictures due to the classified environment, I work in.
