She has been staying on top of my order for me, providing updates even without me having to ask. Not something you get these days.

Called to confirm shipping date on June 1st, only to be told that the order had been placed on hold due to a billing/shipping address question. Never received an email (checked the spam folder) or phone call letting me know there was a problem. Total waste of time for a desperately needed order.

The items arrived in good condition, pulled and packed neatly with all parts and manuals included. Assembly was no problem.
