She has been quick to respond when I’ve wanted updates on shipping, then more recently she quickly resolved my issue with a missing part. I tried to place an order for 26 desks I tried to place an order for 26 desks. I asked via text, as recommended on the website, for assurance that I could attach more than one component to the desk. One response quickly. I asked another question, no responses. I was told to call if I had further questions. I calledseveral times but no answer. I then emailed three times. No answer. Very glad I did not place a school order for 26 desks here. I would have wasted over $30k on a cmpany that does not care.

Great Support! The team at VersaDesk was easy to work with from Sales through to Customer Service. I was sent an incorrect control box for my desk and after some troubleshooting, the correct box was sent out to me overnight. Loving my new desk!
