Excellent Customer Service/Support I ordered a desk on 12/31 but hadn't received an update going on 2 weeks. When I reached out for an update, Ariel was quick to respond and let me know when I can expect it to ship. That was good enough for me, but when my order did ship she went out of her way to reach out to me and confirm the item shipped. I really appreciated that she took the initiative to follow up and not just forget about my request.

The items arrived in good condition, pulled and packed neatly with all parts and manuals included. Assembly was no problem. Very Well-Engineered and Excellent Materials w/ Great Customer Support. This is an extremely well engineered and built piece of furniture. I had seen some reviews that it was difficult to assemble and parts were missing but they were from several months ago and I did not experience that. It does take a long time because there are a lot of pieces but no problems to speak of. What might be helpful in the future is labeling the parts that go together in a specific way to prevent the customer from installing something backwards or upside down. You have probably seen this, little stickers with A-A, B-B, C-C, etc. I did reach out to customer support on delivery and Ariel Gurrea was excellent! He kept me up to date on shipping times and also sent me the assembly directions before it arrived so I could plan out the assembly. The desk, looks great, is solid and works great! Happy customer.
