She was able to locate my order, give me a status update, and provide a pdf file to support the order. Looking forward to receiving our new drafting table! Update: The table arrived in excellent condition, but missing two parts and wouldn't work. We contacted customer service and they helped us identify the missing parts and troubleshoot the way the cords were plugged in. We now have the table working fine, and the missing parts are on the way. (The missing parts provide extra security on the legs, but the table operates without them.)

Lifetime warranty was honored I had 2 Versa Edison table tops that started warping after 10 years and the current design wouldn't fit so they replaced both tables. My Versa Desk Experience My Versa Desk when I pushed the power button to rise it up, the power went out and it remained in the up position. But due to the extraordinary support from Ms. Ariel Gurrea, we were able to resolve the problem after many days of trouble shooting, because I couldn't send any pictures due to the classified environment, I work in. Ms. Gurrea, is an awesome professional leader and adds tremendous value to Versa Tables organization. Truly, thankful for her untiring support.
