GBOur Christmas Presents to US :-) We placed the order before Christmas and our expected delivery is on 1/23/2024. When checking on the status of our order, Customer Service (Ariel) responded quickly and provided an update. Upon notification our order was shipped, I contacted Customer Service again to see how I could track my order. Ariel responded again and advised how to track it. I also asked another question, and she replied she would check with her Engineers and email me with the answer. As promised, Ariel emailed with the answer to my inquiry. All in all, VersaTables customer service is remarkable! Thank you!

GBI tried to place an order for 26 desks I tried to place an order for 26 desks. I asked via text, as recommended on the website, for assurance that I could attach more than one component to the desk. One response quickly. I asked another question, no responses. I was told to call if I had further questions. I calledseveral times but no answer. I then emailed three times. No answer. Very glad I did not place a school order for 26 desks here. I would have wasted over $30k on a cmpany that does not care.

GBMy Versa Desk Experience My Versa Desk when I pushed the power button to rise it up, the power went out and it remained in the up position. But due to the extraordinary support from Ms. Ariel Gurrea, we were able to resolve the problem after many days of trouble shooting, because I couldn't send any pictures due to the classified environment, I work in. Ms. Gurrea, is an awesome professional leader and adds tremendous value to Versa Tables organization. Truly, thankful for her untiring support.

GBCustomer Support Great customer support. Was having some issues with my desk. Contacted customer service and spoke with Anna. She was so patient, I was frustrated because I use my desk for work. Anna did troubleshooting with me, then asked Kevin to help review my situation to make sure they could get my situation fixed asap. Kevin came out made some adjustments to the equipment and now it’s work perfectly. So appreciate Anna and Kevin’s efforts to get me be back up and running.

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service Marie provided excellent customer service over the chat today. She was able to locate my order, give me a status update, and provide a pdf file to support the order. Looking forward to receiving our new drafting table! Update: The table arrived in excellent condition, but missing two parts and wouldn't work. We contacted customer service and they helped us identify the missing parts and troubleshoot the way the cords were plugged in. We now have the table working fine, and the missing parts are on the way. (The missing parts provide extra security on the legs, but the table operates without them.)
