She was able to locate my order, give me a status update, and provide a pdf file to support the order. Looking forward to receiving our new drafting table! Update: The table arrived in excellent condition, but missing two parts and wouldn't work. We contacted customer service and they helped us identify the missing parts and troubleshoot the way the cords were plugged in. We now have the table working fine, and the missing parts are on the way. (The missing parts provide extra security on the legs, but the table operates without them.)

Lifetime warranty was honored I had 2 Versa Edison table tops that started warping after 10 years and the current design wouldn't fit so they replaced both tables. The entire process took 3 months but they stood behind their product. Kevin Aguilar was exceptional and went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you.

The items arrived in good condition, pulled and packed neatly with all parts and manuals included. Assembly was no problem. Excellent Customer Service/Support I ordered a desk on 12/31 but hadn't received an update going on 2 weeks. When I reached out for an update, Ariel was quick to respond and let me know when I can expect it to ship. That was good enough for me, but when my order did ship she went out of her way to reach out to me and confirm the item shipped. I really appreciated that she took the initiative to follow up and not just forget about my request.
