Just wanted to say how much of a pleasure it's been dealing with Ariel and having a single point of contact. GBOur Christmas Presents to US :-) We placed the order before Christmas and our expected delivery is on 1/23/2024. When checking on the status of our order, Customer Service (Ariel) responded quickly and provided an update. Upon notification our order was shipped, I contacted Customer Service again to see how I could track my order. Ariel responded again and advised how to track it. I also asked another question, and she replied she would check with her Engineers and email me with the answer. As promised, Ariel emailed with the answer to my inquiry. All in all, VersaTables customer service is remarkable! Thank you!

The items arrived in good condition, pulled and packed neatly with all parts and manuals included. Assembly was no problem. GBLifetime warranty was honored I had 2 Versa Edison table tops that started warping after 10 years and the current design wouldn't fit so they replaced both tables. The entire process took 3 months but they stood behind their product. Kevin Aguilar was exceptional and went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you.
