She has been quick to respond when I’ve wanted updates on shipping, then more recently she quickly resolved my issue with a missing part. Great product Great product, best drafting table I've had in many years. Had a few minor issues with hardware during assembly but was easily resolved and the customer service and delivery was top notch. Highly recommend Versa Tables to anyone looking for a solid, quality desk solution. Especially if you prefer to shop local in CA.

Ariel was knowledgeable and responsive… Ariel was knowledgeable and responsive as he addressed my problem with a non-functioning Versadesk. I really appreciate talking with a real person and especially one who is empathetic and present.

I tried to place an order for 26 desks I tried to place an order for 26 desks. I asked via text, as recommended on the website, for assurance that I could attach more than one component to the desk. One response quickly. I asked another question, no responses. I was told to call if I had further questions. I calledseveral times but no answer. I then emailed three times. No answer. Very glad I did not place a school order for 26 desks here. I would have wasted over $30k on a cmpany that does not care.
