She was able to locate my order, give me a status update, and provide a pdf file to support the order. Looking forward to receiving our new drafting table! Update: The table arrived in excellent condition, but missing two parts and wouldn't work. We contacted customer service and they helped us identify the missing parts and troubleshoot the way the cords were plugged in. We now have the table working fine, and the missing parts are on the way. (The missing parts provide extra security on the legs, but the table operates without them.)

If service is a good sign, I'm in for a treat.. Just waiting for my desk to arrive here very soon. Very excited to be able to add it to my office space and start the new year in style. Just wanted to say how much of a pleasure it's been dealing with Ariel and having a single point of contact. She has been staying on top of my order for me, providing updates even without me having to ask. Not something you get these days.

She has been quick to respond when I’ve wanted updates on shipping, then more recently she quickly resolved my issue with a missing part. Placed an online order on May 23rd Placed an online order on May 23rd. Received a confirmation email and a request to rate my experience within a few minutes. Called to confirm shipping date on June 1st, only to be told that the order had been placed on hold due to a billing/shipping address question. Never received an email (checked the spam folder) or phone call letting me know there was a problem. Total waste of time for a desperately needed order.
