The items arrived in good condition, pulled and packed neatly with all parts and manuals included. Assembly was no problem. The Service team was a great help, as they were prompt in responding to emails with answers to my questions about my order. I'd definitely consider shopping with VersaTables in the future.

GBIf service is a good sign, I'm in for a treat.. Just waiting for my desk to arrive here very soon. Very excited to be able to add it to my office space and start the new year in style. Just wanted to say how much of a pleasure it's been dealing with Ariel and having a single point of contact. She has been staying on top of my order for me, providing updates even without me having to ask. Not something you get these days.

GBLifetime warranty was honored I had 2 Versa Edison table tops that started warping after 10 years and the current design wouldn't fit so they replaced both tables. The entire process took 3 months but they stood behind their product. Kevin Aguilar was exceptional and went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you.

GBGreat product Great product, best drafting table I've had in many years. Had a few minor issues with hardware during assembly but was easily resolved and the customer service and delivery was top notch. Highly recommend Versa Tables to anyone looking for a solid, quality desk solution. Especially if you prefer to shop local in CA.

GBCustomer Support Great customer support. Was having some issues with my desk. Contacted customer service and spoke with Anna. She was so patient, I was frustrated because I use my desk for work. Anna did troubleshooting with me, then asked Kevin to help review my situation to make sure they could get my situation fixed asap. Kevin came out made some adjustments to the equipment and now it’s work perfectly. So appreciate Anna and Kevin’s efforts to get me be back up and running.
