I purchased my desk late fall I purchased my desk late fall. The wait time was not acceptable, but the customer service was worse until I contacted an internal accounting person that streamlined communications. The delivery was still delayed but at least I received updates until I didn’t. Once I received my desk and it was assembled, the keyboard tray didn’t extend far enough. Requested another and waited. Once the replacement was received and assembled, I have the same problem. It’s really unacceptable. I haven’t notified Versa this time around, as I just learned the tray doesn’t work. (My handy man just assembled it over the weekend). I just want it to work correctly!!

I tried to place an order for 26 desks I tried to place an order for 26 desks. I asked via text, as recommended on the website, for assurance that I could attach more than one component to the desk. One response quickly. I asked another question, no responses. I was told to call if I had further questions. I calledseveral times but no answer. I then emailed three times. No answer. Very glad I did not place a school order for 26 desks here. I would have wasted over $30k on a cmpany that does not care.

My Versa Desk Experience My Versa Desk when I pushed the power button to rise it up, the power went out and it remained in the up position. But due to the extraordinary support from Ms. Ariel Gurrea, we were able to resolve the problem after many days of trouble shooting, because I couldn't send any pictures due to the classified environment, I work in. Ms. Gurrea, is an awesome professional leader and adds tremendous value to Versa Tables organization. Truly, thankful for her untiring support.

Very Well-Engineered and Excellent Materials w/ Great Customer Support. This is an extremely well engineered and built piece of furniture. I had seen some reviews that it was difficult to assemble and parts were missing but they were from several months ago and I did not experience that. It does take a long time because there are a lot of pieces but no problems to speak of. What might be helpful in the future is labeling the parts that go together in a specific way to prevent the customer from installing something backwards or upside down. You have probably seen this, little stickers with A-A, B-B, C-C, etc. I did reach out to customer support on delivery and Ariel Gurrea was excellent! He kept me up to date on shipping times and also sent me the assembly directions before it arrived so I could plan out the assembly. The desk, looks great, is solid and works great! Happy customer.
