I’ve ordered from Versa before and had… I’ve ordered from Versa before and had a great experience but this time around Ariel has taken it to a new level. She has been quick to respond when I’ve wanted updates on shipping, then more recently she quickly resolved my issue with a missing part. She was able to locate my order, give me a status update, and provide a pdf file to support the order. Looking forward to receiving our new drafting table! Update: The table arrived in excellent condition, but missing two parts and wouldn't work. We contacted customer service and they helped us identify the missing parts and troubleshoot the way the cords were plugged in. We now have the table working fine, and the missing parts are on the way. (The missing parts provide extra security on the legs, but the table operates without them.)

Great Support! The team at VersaDesk was easy to work with from Sales through to Customer Service. I was sent an incorrect control box for my desk and after some troubleshooting, the correct box was sent out to me overnight. Loving my new desk!

I purchased my desk late fall I purchased my desk late fall. The wait time was not acceptable, but the customer service was worse until I contacted an internal accounting person that streamlined communications. The delivery was still delayed but at least I received updates until I didn’t. Once I received my desk and it was assembled, the keyboard tray didn’t extend far enough. Requested another and waited. Once the replacement was received and assembled, I have the same problem. It’s really unacceptable. I haven’t notified Versa this time around, as I just learned the tray doesn’t work. (My handy man just assembled it over the weekend). I just want it to work correctly!!
