Had a few minor issues with hardware during assembly but was easily resolved and the customer service and delivery was top notch. Placed an online order on May 23rd Placed an online order on May 23rd. Received a confirmation email and a request to rate my experience within a few minutes. Called to confirm shipping date on June 1st, only to be told that the order had been placed on hold due to a billing/shipping address question. Never received an email (checked the spam folder) or phone call letting me know there was a problem. Total waste of time for a desperately needed order.

Great Support! The team at VersaDesk was easy to work with from Sales through to Customer Service. I was sent an incorrect control box for my desk and after some troubleshooting, the correct box was sent out to me overnight. Loving my new desk!

If service is a good sign, I'm in for a treat.. Just waiting for my desk to arrive here very soon. Very excited to be able to add it to my office space and start the new year in style.
