Solid Product, Responsive Customer Service As a first-time customer with VersaTables, I'm so far satisfied with the quality of the product and customer service offered. The items arrived in good condition, pulled and packed neatly with all parts and manuals included. Assembly was no problem. The Service team was a great help, as they were prompt in responding to emails with answers to my questions about my order. I'd definitely consider shopping with VersaTables in the future.

Quality product, worth the wait First, let me say that it was worth the wait and hiccups because this is a very well made product and I expect it will last a lifetime. Arriving without instructions (so heavy it came on a pallet) on a Friday and I was unable to put together. First glitch, but got the instructions emailed to me on Monday. After learning that a piece was improperly mounted and doing Facetime with an engineer who figured it out, I was sent the correct piece and wahla my new split-level Habitat sit/stand desk is up and running. Very pleased with customer service and the product. I think they are growing fast and thus the hiccups.

I’ve ordered from Versa before and had… I’ve ordered from Versa before and had a great experience but this time around Ariel has taken it to a new level. She has been quick to respond when I’ve wanted updates on shipping, then more recently she quickly resolved my issue with a missing part. Excellent customer service Excellent customer service Marie provided excellent customer service over the chat today. She was able to locate my order, give me a status update, and provide a pdf file to support the order. Looking forward to receiving our new drafting table! Update: The table arrived in excellent condition, but missing two parts and wouldn't work. We contacted customer service and they helped us identify the missing parts and troubleshoot the way the cords were plugged in. We now have the table working fine, and the missing parts are on the way. (The missing parts provide extra security on the legs, but the table operates without them.)
