Excellent Technical Support I bought a progressive desk when we started working from home because of COVID. A week or so ago the desk froze, unfortunately in the standing position. I telephoned the company for technical support and a new controller was shipped to me without cost under the 15 year warranty. It is refreshing to see a company stand by its products like this.

Do not buy this product Do not buy this product. I am now having to fight with this company once again as the motors in the legs went out again (2nd time). The first time was the week I bought it, and now again. The product is obviously not well constructed and I would advise you to buy from someone else. I informed them a week ago of this issue and I have had zero correspondence back from them, so naturally I had to call them back to talk with someone that has no prior knowledge and asked me to email them again. This is ridiculous and I would advise you take your business elsewhere.

Satisfied Customer Am very satisfied with the product and overall experience. Seems to be a good company and delivered a high quality product. The only reason I don't give them all 5 stars is the long delivery time and a few delivery dates along the way. I believe it took about 6 weeks. Perhaps the delay was a function of supply chain issues that seem to be increasing through the pandemic.

Not only did we have to wait over 2 months for the legs and the motor, but when it came all of the pieces were placed haphazardly in one box, unwrapped and the legs were scratched. We did receive a partial refund, but probably won't be ordering anything else from Progressive Desk.

Completely Happy Construction is Solid and it looks great. The manufacturing (cuts/welds/paint/etc) of the stand part look good. Holes all lined up. It was easy to assemble. The Electric Linear Actuators easily handle the weight of my heavy PC and monitor. I was worried about CANPAR delivering due to reviews, but they delivered earlier than expected, the boxes were in perfect condition although travelling across the country. They even carried the heavy parts in my front door. The packaging by Progressive of the parts was extreme, and everything was well protected. I'm absolutely happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend.
