CACustomer service is hard to reach Customer service is hard to reach. Email replies take time. But their responses are excellents. So the support is excellent, when you got it. Also, please stop using Canpar as a shipping provider... I read a lot on bad experiences with damaged tabletops. Mine was correct, but the box was all broken. By luck the tabletop was not reached because you well packaged it.

GBI can't find any information regarding… I can't find any information regarding the size of the screw holes underneath the feet, making it difficult to locate the correct size thread to put my desk on wheels. Other than that, the desk is fine. I wish they sold a manual option as well since I will likely never need to raise or lower it.

GBSatisfied Customer Am very satisfied with the product and overall experience. Seems to be a good company and delivered a high quality product. The only reason I don't give them all 5 stars is the long delivery time and a few delivery dates along the way. I believe it took about 6 weeks. Perhaps the delay was a function of supply chain issues that seem to be increasing through the pandemic.

CAExcellent Technical Support I bought a progressive desk when we started working from home because of COVID. A week or so ago the desk froze, unfortunately in the standing position. I telephoned the company for technical support and a new controller was shipped to me without cost under the 15 year warranty. It is refreshing to see a company stand by its products like this.
