CAExcellent Technical Support I bought a progressive desk when we started working from home because of COVID. A week or so ago the desk froze, unfortunately in the standing position. I telephoned the company for technical support and a new controller was shipped to me without cost under the 15 year warranty. It is refreshing to see a company stand by its products like this.

GBLove the desk Love the desk. Fairly easy to put together, but DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SCREWS. Also easier with two people. I managed to put it together myself. I wish this desk was a little bigger, or maybe a bigger version.

GBDual Ryzer frame. Good stuff. Got a Dual Ryzer frame, my first order from Pregressive. Had questions about the product, and customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful. Three boxes arrived within two days of each other and packaging kept the contents unscathed. Very impressed with the fit and finish, and quietness of operation. Better than expected. Have used other companies in the past, but I think Progressive is a better value. Thanks guys, looking forward to my next project!

GBDo not buy this product Do not buy this product. I am now having to fight with this company once again as the motors in the legs went out again (2nd time). The first time was the week I bought it, and now again. The product is obviously not well constructed and I would advise you to buy from someone else. I informed them a week ago of this issue and I have had zero correspondence back from them, so naturally I had to call them back to talk with someone that has no prior knowledge and asked me to email them again. This is ridiculous and I would advise you take your business elsewhere.

GBLove the desk Love the desk, but the instructions for putting it together left something to be desired. Could have been much better and easier to understand. Also, some of the packaging it arrived in smelled like it rode with a herd of cows. Thankfully, the desk didn't smell.
