GBGreat customer service! We just bought a house that was a prior rental. It had great amenities and in a great neighborhood unfortunately it was not cleaned on move out. There was a lot of cleaning to be done and SVS made what would have taken us days to clean a seamless breeze. They really care about your input and offer customer satisfaction guarantee. They will take care of even the most difficult requests. (Trust me I am a little OCD) We were quoted a very fair price for the work and with the military discount made it even better!

GBShowed up late Showed up late to both scheduled appointments. First time they had 2 people, conducted a pretty good cleaning, some minor things were missed. We only asked them to clean 1 out of the 3 bedrooms we had on the agreement and dusting was not done in the bedroom. Second visit they had 4 people, 2 "in training" only stayed for an hour and the "cleaning" aspect seemed lost, things were wiped down and dusted, but not cleaned. In review of the work there was soap scum in the shower, hairs in the sink, floors were dirty along the edges...etc.

GBWe hired SVS cleaning for our AirBNB We hired SVS cleaning for our AirBNB. They met us, we did a walk through and a first clean, everything was fine and they talk a great game about the high level of cleanliness. After the second clean we inspected (they did not) even though they claim to inspect after cleaning. The bed looked like someone had just slept in it. The sink sponge was greasy, brown and never changed (even though here are new ones and they were told a new sponge every time. I can continue but you get the point. Their reservation system is also a little complex. My old cleaner I texted the dates once a month. Perhaps they will improve, I hope so before YOU hire them. We had to upgrade our guest to an already cleaned accommodation (larger unit) to avoid another bad review. After notifying them about the situation they agreed to refund our $$$ and to their credit they followed through on that statement.
