USShowed up late Showed up late to both scheduled appointments. First time they had 2 people, conducted a pretty good cleaning, some minor things were missed. We only asked them to clean 1 out of the 3 bedrooms we had on the agreement and dusting was not done in the bedroom. Second visit they had 4 people, 2 "in training" only stayed for an hour and the "cleaning" aspect seemed lost, things were wiped down and dusted, but not cleaned. In review of the work there was soap scum in the shower, hairs in the sink, floors were dirty along the edges...etc.
