GBFantastic service for replacement keys I ordered a replacement locker key (to replace an original that snapped off) from Csstorage. It arrived in the next day's post. I discovered that I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect key number (my fault). I telephoned them, it was answered promptly, and explained what happened to ensure that my next order would be correct. David, of Csstorage, asked me to send them a photo of the broken key. They kindly and unexpectedly sent me the appropriate key at no extra cost to me. Fantastic service indeed.

GBAdequate for what it is. The small Elite Acid Cabinet meets our storage needs, but quality of construction is not great. Two rivets securing the top had sheared in transit, possibly because the shelf and sump were left free to move inside the cabinet. Rivet heads also leave inadequate clearance for positioning the shelf within the cabinet - a minor issue but one which makes the shelf a fiddle to install. Ordering and delivery was otherwise satisfactory and within the timescale indicated.

GBAn absolute pleasure to do business An absolute pleasure to deal with Roy who answered my questions efficiently and professionally. Keys were ordered and received the next day. Staff are very grateful to have lockers in use again that had previously been decommissioned due to lost keys!

GB2 bespoke cabinets Sent a drawing and instructions for 2 bespoke cabinets and the finished goods are perfect, just what we were looking for. So gets 5 stars. Ordering process could be better though. 1st order never got processed and we didn't know that until we chased our initial order. Need to work on keeping the customer up to date with how the order is progressing and when the final order will be delivered. Would use again.

GBFirstly I must say that I love the… Firstly I must say that I love the vintage locker. It looks amazing! I would have given more stars but I had to contact the company several times to find out about construction time and delivery dates. They did not return my calls unfortunately. Obviously it was delivered eventually and was all good.
