GBGreat company and very helpful Great company and very helpful. We sourced our charging lockers for company phones from this company, Josh who I dealt with was on hand and answered all questions promptly. My only small issue was not being told of delivery, which is fine as they arrived early but would have been handy to know they were arriving. This by no means effects their service though.

GBI placed an order for a replacement… I placed an order for a replacement locker key and heard nothing for a while. I then sent an email to the company but received no response. After waiting for almost 2 weeks I then rang the company to query this and was told they don’t actually do the key so I then requested a refund. I feel they should have contacted me once they knew they couldn’t provide the service and processed a refund straight away instead of waiting for me to contact them as I wonder if they wouldn’t have bothered had I not requested the refund.

GBGreat Customer Service After delivery we had an issue with fixing the archway locker together but thank you very much to Stuart Jardine for sorting this out for me, very much appreciated, he could not have been more helpful. I would also like to thank Roy MacGregor for helping me with my order and to your delightful and helpful Yvonne Biggs on Customer Service. Our Ladies Locker Room looks fabulous after our refurbishment and your modern lockers finish it off perfectly. GBUnable to supply an item I had paid for Ordered an item and paid for it online. Then CSS rang to say the item was out of stock and would not be available until February. Initially no apology. Had to ask for an apology. No offer of a future discount for wasting my time (they shouldn’t take payment for items they cannot fulfill). Really disappointed as the price point was good. Now I know why. You really do get what you pay for.
