Fantastic service for replacement keys I ordered a replacement locker key (to replace an original that snapped off) from Csstorage. It arrived in the next day's post. I discovered that I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect key number (my fault). I telephoned them, it was answered promptly, and explained what happened to ensure that my next order would be correct. David, of Csstorage, asked me to send them a photo of the broken key. They kindly and unexpectedly sent me the appropriate key at no extra cost to me. Fantastic service indeed.

Unable to supply an item I had paid for Ordered an item and paid for it online. Then CSS rang to say the item was out of stock and would not be available until February. Initially no apology. Had to ask for an apology. No offer of a future discount for wasting my time (they shouldn’t take payment for items they cannot fulfill). Really disappointed as the price point was good. Now I know why. You really do get what you pay for.

Great company and very helpful Great company and very helpful. We sourced our charging lockers for company phones from this company, Josh who I dealt with was on hand and answered all questions promptly. My only small issue was not being told of delivery, which is fine as they arrived early but would have been handy to know they were arriving. This by no means effects their service though.

What outstanding customer service. I ordered 2 keys to replace old staff lockers who had left and not returned keys. I ordered over internet and keys came next day. They didn't work so I contacted CS Storage almost immediate response of possibly locks had seized or wrong numbers given. Turned out I had given wrong numbers and offered me free replacement no questions. Fantastic service with very helpful staff :)
