GBDamaged Goods and Poor Service We are Day Service for Adults with learning disabilities that placed an order for a laptop charging tower for our service user tablets / I-pads. Upon receipt ends were covered up in cardboard and plastic. We signed for receipt and then unwrapped it to discovered a damaged corner (appears to been dropped). We reported the damage on day of the delivery with photos. It took a week for a response, and further 3 weeks to determine that the drivers photos do not cover the damaged area, but because the delivery note was signed, the factory can not determine it as damaged. We have been offered a replacement at cost price with £50 off. Poor in all aspects and I will not be recommending CS Storage Ltd to anyone.

GB2 bespoke cabinets Sent a drawing and instructions for 2 bespoke cabinets and the finished goods are perfect, just what we were looking for. So gets 5 stars. Ordering process could be better though. 1st order never got processed and we didn't know that until we chased our initial order. Need to work on keeping the customer up to date with how the order is progressing and when the final order will be delivered. Would use again.

GBI placed an order for a replacement… I placed an order for a replacement locker key and heard nothing for a while. I then sent an email to the company but received no response. After waiting for almost 2 weeks I then rang the company to query this and was told they don’t actually do the key so I then requested a refund. I feel they should have contacted me once they knew they couldn’t provide the service and processed a refund straight away instead of waiting for me to contact them as I wonder if they wouldn’t have bothered had I not requested the refund.

GBGreat Customer Service After delivery we had an issue with fixing the archway locker together but thank you very much to Stuart Jardine for sorting this out for me, very much appreciated, he could not have been more helpful. I would also like to thank Roy MacGregor for helping me with my order and to your delightful and helpful Yvonne Biggs on Customer Service. Our Ladies Locker Room looks fabulous after our refurbishment and your modern lockers finish it off perfectly. Now back to fundraising so we can purchase some more, Many Thanks Again Loraine Lady Captain

GBGreat company and very helpful Great company and very helpful. We sourced our charging lockers for company phones from this company, Josh who I dealt with was on hand and answered all questions promptly. My only small issue was not being told of delivery, which is fine as they arrived early but would have been handy to know they were arriving. This by no means effects their service though.
