GBBrilliant service from the guys on live… Brilliant service from the guys on live chat. Bit of a hiccup with delivery of numbering labels and follow up emails but again the live chat team saved the day! Will certainly go back if we need more lockers!

GBTrolley Assembly impossible The trolley is well made and as described in the advertisement and received in good condition. However assembly has proved so far impossible in that the attachment bolts appear to be rusted into the assembly. Soaking in penetration oil and WD40 has not yet released them after 4 days. After a week oil has freed the bolts and assembly OK. Thanks.

GBReplacement keys ...........................nightmare? I wasn't too sure if I was able to obtain replacement filing cabinet keys, looking on any website was daunting with all the different options of keys. I went onto CS Storage website and whilst searching a chat box popped up. I was delighted to be able to explain what I was looking for and that they were able to understand my requirements! they provided me with the link/details to order the correct item. Order placed, before finalised I was contacted by email to clarify something, not being sure, I took a picture of the lock and hay presto, my replacement keys are on the way. CS Storage made my replacement key search & order simple and easy. Thank you!

GBFantastic service for replacement keys I ordered a replacement locker key (to replace an original that snapped off) from Csstorage. It arrived in the next day's post. I discovered that I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect key number (my fault). I telephoned them, it was answered promptly, and explained what happened to ensure that my next order would be correct. David, of Csstorage, asked me to send them a photo of the broken key. They kindly and unexpectedly sent me the appropriate key at no extra cost to me. Fantastic service indeed.

GBI placed an order for a replacement… I placed an order for a replacement locker key and heard nothing for a while. I then sent an email to the company but received no response. After waiting for almost 2 weeks I then rang the company to query this and was told they don’t actually do the key so I then requested a refund. I feel they should have contacted me once they knew they couldn’t provide the service and processed a refund straight away instead of waiting for me to contact them as I wonder if they wouldn’t have bothered had I not requested the refund.
