GBGreat company Great company! I've purchase two vapes and both of the purchases were smooth and my vapes are awesome! The website has a clean professional look and payment was easy. Shipping was fast and packaged with care. My first vape is about two years old and still works awesome. If i have questions they email me quicker than i expect them too and give me alot of information when im wondering about making changes to my vapes with different attachments they offer. highly recommended

GBWhy do companies use third party tracking apps? I bought the Pulsar apx at a vape shop. It is durable, a little restricted on the airflow, but a decent unit. I figured I would upgrade and went right to pulsar's website and ordered the pulsar flow. They took the money out of my account right away but there is no way to know my order status. They want you to download the shop app which is a joke. It's useless. No info there. Learn from Amazon and get people prompt and accurate status tracking!

NLWorst service ever Me and my friends (from the Netherlands) tried to buy some vapes on their site. Unfortunately I did not think about the fact that I used three different names: my moms name, because she wanted to pay for the order in advance, because I don't own a creditcard (it's not normal for Dutch people to own a credit card, but she happens to have one bacause the travels a lot), a friend that lives in NYC, because they don't ship to the Netherlands, and my own name of course. They marked my account as fraudulent even though I explained the situation and tried to look for a solution with them. I now understand that it comes off as weird to use 3 different names, but me and my friends just wanted to buy the vapes... The team doesn't work on finding a solution and that's what I cannot understand.

GBPROCESSING TIME; failed, in stock items, failed - fixing the issues - failed Processing time: failed In stock: failed Fixing the issues: failed PROCESSING TIME All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. and IS incorrect I ordered on the 16th, it's now the 23rd and it still hasn't shipped.. and I got an email saying one of my things I ordered was out of stock, when I ordered it, there was 12 in stock, now they'll say it's out of stock, but when you go look at their website it will show they're in stock First time ordering, not happy at all.
