Very poor quality Bought one of their cart batteries the PHD pre heat device and it came apart within 2 days and they won’t give me another one

Worst service ever Me and my friends (from the Netherlands) tried to buy some vapes on their site. Unfortunately I did not think about the fact that I used three different names: my moms name, because she wanted to pay for the order in advance, because I don't own a creditcard (it's not normal for Dutch people to own a credit card, but she happens to have one bacause the travels a lot), a friend that lives in NYC, because they don't ship to the Netherlands, and my own name of course. They marked my account as fraudulent even though I explained the situation and tried to look for a solution with them. I now understand that it comes off as weird to use 3 different names, but me and my friends just wanted to buy the vapes... The team doesn't work on finding a solution and that's what I cannot understand.

Tool kit nightmare I bought a tool kit from them. Cost 10.00 shipping on a 20.00 item, but that’s how shipping is I guess. I get a notification it ships, but I check yesterday a week later since I haven’t gotten anything. Still says label created, which means they haven’t shipped. I contacted support and they told me to wait and that delivery companies don’t scan packages when they leave their facility. How do you run a business without keeping track of your packages? Even the worst package company would have delivered by now. Edit: customer service contacted me on 5/14 They told me that my package was definitely picked up, but wasn’t “scanned”. Doesn’t take a week to update even if the package wasn’t scanned at the original pick up. They finally told me the truth that the item was out of stock and that they could send me a replacement when it was back in. What kind of goose chase is this?

All around junk... I bought the pulsar apx volt, two coils and a bubbler. On day 1 the bubbler broke, on day 3 one of the coils burned out. The unit has a HORRIBLE battery life which is another downfall. So after spending 148 bucks, at the end of the day I am left with a paperweight that probably can't function at that capacity either! DO NOT BUY!

Its been 2 weeks now I have been… Its been 2 weeks now I have been contacting their customer service. I received a broken banger for my new piece & after submitting directly to their email support via my email & not hearing back after 5 days I contacted them on their site feedback option. Got a response from them in the same thread I sent the original complaint in. They asked me for pictures, which I had already sent when I sent the original email. I send in the photos a 2nd time. Then I received another email from same email address(support@ (At)pulsarvaporizers.com) asking the same questions/for pictures as I had already received from them 2 other times. I have now sent in my information/ proof 3 times & not had this issue resolved. Going to have to contact my cc company as this is pure fraud on their end. There is noway in hell this little piece was broken & nothing else had been scratched. I received everything & it was bundled up well which means they knowingly sent this broken piece to me..
