Great Company The customer service and warranty are second to none. My pulsar rok is pretty good. There are some minor issues with it. One thing is that the plastic/metal ring that goes around the concentrate bowl sticks onto the glass topper. This makes capping the bowl when you take a hit somewhat awkward, as you have to yank both the ring and glass topper out when you want to clear your chamber of vapor and then you have to awkwardly fit it all back in when you want to create more vapor in the chamber. This other thing is a nitpick, but there are lots of pieces to manage with my e rig. It is easy to lose them down the drain or break delicate parts when cleaning. With that said, like I said, they are great about helping replace such pieces.
