GBJunk Junk! Stopped working on day 32. I Submitted a claim and have not heard back over 17 days. Do not buy. Edited: Do not trust this company. They do not honor their warranty. I submitted photo as requested on 10/25. They are dishonest.

GBWhen I first started getting pulsar When I first started getting pulsar, it was grade A. But the coils I’ve been getting have NOT worked!!!!! Do not waste your money now. I spend $50 on a five pack of coils and only 2 work!!! And the company doesn’t care!!!! They don’t answer emails or anything. Don’t waste your money.

GBI made a purchase recently of several… I made a purchase recently of several items and unfortunately one of the items was the wrong color. I contacted customer service, and within a week I received the correct item. Their selection of smoking products is worth checking out.

NLWorst service ever Me and my friends (from the Netherlands) tried to buy some vapes on their site. Unfortunately I did not think about the fact that I used three different names: my moms name, because she wanted to pay for the order in advance, because I don't own a creditcard (it's not normal for Dutch people to own a credit card, but she happens to have one bacause the travels a lot), a friend that lives in NYC, because they don't ship to the Netherlands, and my own name of course. They marked my account as fraudulent even though I explained the situation and tried to look for a solution with them. I now understand that it comes off as weird to use 3 different names, but me and my friends just wanted to buy the vapes... The team doesn't work on finding a solution and that's what I cannot understand.
