GBAdjustable White Desk- a MUST! I ordered the adjustable white desk and it arrived today. I just finished putting it together and I am in awe of how great their customer service was as well as their product. I was called twice about delivery- once to get some additional information about where it would be delivered and then they followed up with me confirming a delivery window. The delivery driver showed up within the first hour (of the three hour window) and was so helpful in getting my packages up the stairs- which I was not expecting at all. I was not expecting to be so well taken care of! It was so nice to not wonder where my package was, what day it would arrive on and what time it would arrive at. Bravo, Poppin!

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. They held up a delivery after I ordered chairs over an email that made no sense. Nobody bothered to call me to explain you must respond to the email before they will ship out the chairs. It’s called customer service in which they lack. And to boot, Gabby, the sales rep does nothing to correct other than ask me if I just want to cancel the order. SMH.

GBThis so called buissness is a pure… This so called buissness is a pure scam! Ordered 1 pair of earrings Jan 31 2019 confirmation was sent here it is March 6 2019 no earring No response to multiple emails. Im so glad I only ordered a small product. I can only image what folks are going thru with multiple or big orders.Do not I mean Donot order from this site absolutey.

GBCompany does not offer replacement… Company does not offer replacement parts and does not care about customer satisfaction. I inquired about repairing a broken door and they quickly told me they don’t offer replacements and support quickly ended our conversation. As a growing company looking for scalable solutions to work with our evolving needs, I’m surprised they wouldn’t try to work with us. I will take my business elsewhere.

GBsloppy unrealible company Poppin had just deleted my comment on their Facebook page. Which said that i had to chase them to place my order, which did not arrived when they told me and had to chase them to track my order. Did not care for $1,500.00 order that I placed and another I would have placed. I could not get hold of them. When Alyssa Tuorto (the girl I placed the order with) called me back, she said “oh that is very frustrating, sorry about that, good buy.” Not only her patronizing behavior was the worse technique she could have used. But she had no idea of the repercussions of it. In life you never know who you are dealing with.
