I bought two recliners and one didn't… I bought two recliners and one didn't work. I tried to return it the next day after delivery and was referred to the manufacturer who disclaimed any responsibility even though I had bought an "insurance" contract from Ana. I'll never do business with them again. Beware of anything they ask you to sign.

The overall experience was good except for the price wherein I think I should have gotten a better deal for so many item purchased and should have gotten free assembly
