GBBad product quality The buying experience was great. However, the product itself was really bad quality. It broke ( the metal structure of the chair) in a little more than a year with minimal use.

GBBetter quality than the hole in the… Better quality than the hole in the wall furniture shops but also pricier. I contacted them because of missing rubber pegs for some chairs but they never got back to me so after sale service is quite poor.

GBAVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT FOREVER… AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT FOREVER TO RECEIVE YOUR FURNITURES! Purchased an in-stock bed frame in December 2020 and I still haven’t receive it as of 2/3/21. Emailed customer services for over 10 times and none of them were helpful.The worst part is their contact number on the website 510-200-9387 is not even a working number!!

GBCheap cushioning Cheap cushioning I bought a couch and after two years the cushions sink and the adjustable headrest brackets stick out because the cushioning on the back is as cheap as on the seat. Very disappointed.
