I bought two recliners and one didn't… I bought two recliners and one didn't work. I tried to return it the next day after delivery and was referred to the manufacturer who disclaimed any responsibility even though I had bought an "insurance" contract from Ana. I'll never do business with them again. Beware of anything they ask you to sign.

Absolutely horrible service bunch of thieves !!! AVOID!!!! Absolutely horrible service. Order a sofa with upgraded material. Paid thru PayPal and then 80GBP in cash on delivery. After receiving my sofa after 3 months it was had damaged pillows, now they replaced these 2 times every time wrong colour or material or even size. That took them another 3 months. After failing to fulfil the order they took it back and promised a full refund. For the refund I had to fight thru PayPal to get the money back but the 80GBP I paid in cash they just kept it and don't want to hear nothing about it. So I got left with no sofa and 80GBP out of pocket. Beware AVOID bunch of thieves!!!!

The worst company And the worst… The worst company And the worst furniture I had ever seen before!!!! Absolutely ridiculous and cheap material and they never sorted my damaged corner sofa!!!! Never replaced the parts!! They Lying and Lying all the time someone sorted this someone coming! And never come.😡😡😡

1 star because I can t give any… 1 star because I can t give any less,ordered a sofa in may now it s october and still hasn t arrived,the owner of the company blocks and deletes comments on Facebook and will also you also block you! !!!!It's a spam!!!!
