I had trouble reaching the delivery… I had trouble reaching the delivery department to set up an appointment for delivery. I’ve left a few messages, and no one returned the calls. A few days later, I finally reached someone live, and we finally set up a time for delivery. The original salesman, couldn’t help us, for when we called him-the San Francisco showroom said he doesn’t work there anymore. I wonder why, no one from the San Francisco showroom follow up, with his customers. The original salesman did called us, to tell us that the sofas have arrived. The people at ANA FURNITURE, never follow up. They never called us, WE CALLED THEM.

I tried to return it the next day after delivery and was referred to the manufacturer who disclaimed any responsibility even though I had bought an "insurance" contract from Ana. I'll never do business with them again. Beware of anything they ask you to sign.

Better quality than the hole in the… Better quality than the hole in the wall furniture shops but also pricier. I contacted them because of missing rubber pegs for some chairs but they never got back to me so after sale service is quite poor.
