Scammers Missing part in tv stand, 2 months is passed and we still haven’t received missing part. They ignore messages. Avoid this scammer!

staff in shop was not skilled. staff in shop was not skilled. My order was not processed correctly and i had to contact the delivery center myself to find out that the order had been 'missed', so i had an extra delay before receiving the goods.

He was not pushy and answered all of our questions enabling us to make the best overall decision, even though it took us almost two hours to decide! A few days later, I finally reached someone live, and we finally set up a time for delivery. The original salesman, couldn’t help us, for when we called him-the San Francisco showroom said he doesn’t work there anymore. I wonder why, no one from the San Francisco showroom follow up, with his customers. The original salesman did called us, to tell us that the sofas have arrived. The people at ANA FURNITURE, never follow up. They never called us, WE CALLED THEM.

I placed an order and had to cancel… I placed an order and had to cancel next day because I chooses wrong size. I received refund within 3 days, had great communication with Anna furniture through Watsup chat, had no problem at all, A+
