Cheap cushioning Cheap cushioning I bought a couch and after two years the cushions sink and the adjustable headrest brackets stick out because the cushioning on the back is as cheap as on the seat. Very disappointed.

I tried to return it the next day after delivery and was referred to the manufacturer who disclaimed any responsibility even though I had bought an "insurance" contract from Ana. I'll never do business with them again. Beware of anything they ask you to sign.
