He was not pushy and answered all of our questions enabling us to make the best overall decision, even though it took us almost two hours to decide! Oscar made it very easy to make the selection, complete the order, and get delivery. Delivery went very smoothly and quickly. Prices were very reasonable.

I tried to return it the next day after delivery and was referred to the manufacturer who disclaimed any responsibility even though I had bought an "insurance" contract from Ana. I'll never do business with them again. Beware of anything they ask you to sign.
