Purchased an in-stock bed frame in December 2020 and I still haven’t receive it as of 2/3/21. Emailed customer services for over 10 times and none of them were helpful.The worst part is their contact number on the website 510-200-9387 is not even a working number!!

GBAna Furniture is amazing! Ana Furniture is amazing. Oscar and Michael are the best! I’ve been buying furniture at the Almaden location since we moved to the area three years ago. The furniture is such great quality and the service cannot be beat. Oscar and Michael helped me pick out two sofas, a hutch, two coffee tables, and a bed... all absolutely gorgeous, high-quality pieces that I just adore. If I have any questions or need help with anything at all from the time I walk into the store to the time my furniture is delivered, these guys are there to help. It’s always a wonderful experience. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else.

GBI had trouble reaching the delivery… I had trouble reaching the delivery department to set up an appointment for delivery. I’ve left a few messages, and no one returned the calls. A few days later, I finally reached someone live, and we finally set up a time for delivery. The original salesman, couldn’t help us, for when we called him-the San Francisco showroom said he doesn’t work there anymore. I wonder why, no one from the San Francisco showroom follow up, with his customers. The original salesman did called us, to tell us that the sofas have arrived. The people at ANA FURNITURE, never follow up. They never called us, WE CALLED THEM.

GBI am giving 1 star because there is no… I am giving 1 star because there is no option for less. Do not order with them. Don't waste your time. I order a sofa who supports to be delivered in 8 weeks. I contacted them on week 7 to check delivery day and they just told me that there is a problem with this frame and they won't be able to delivered in time and can't give me delivery day.....Why they didn't informed me earlier on the first place and how they expected me to wait forever. Very bad customer service. They can ignore you for days before answering on WhatsApp and not answering phone.
