Bad product quality The buying experience was great. However, the product itself was really bad quality. It broke ( the metal structure of the chair) in a little more than a year with minimal use.

He was not pushy and answered all of our questions enabling us to make the best overall decision, even though it took us almost two hours to decide! Oscar made it very easy to make the selection, complete the order, and get delivery. Delivery went very smoothly and quickly. Prices were very reasonable.

The overall experience was good except for the price wherein I think I should have gotten a better deal for so many item purchased and should have gotten free assembly
