GBCheap cushioning Cheap cushioning I bought a couch and after two years the cushions sink and the adjustable headrest brackets stick out because the cushioning on the back is as cheap as on the seat. Very disappointed.

GBI bought two recliners and one didn't… I bought two recliners and one didn't work. I tried to return it the next day after delivery and was referred to the manufacturer who disclaimed any responsibility even though I had bought an "insurance" contract from Ana. I'll never do business with them again. Beware of anything they ask you to sign.
