GBAbsolutely horrible service bunch of thieves !!! AVOID!!!! Absolutely horrible service. Order a sofa with upgraded material. Paid thru PayPal and then 80GBP in cash on delivery. After receiving my sofa after 3 months it was had damaged pillows, now they replaced these 2 times every time wrong colour or material or even size. That took them another 3 months. After failing to fulfil the order they took it back and promised a full refund. For the refund I had to fight thru PayPal to get the money back but the 80GBP I paid in cash they just kept it and don't want to hear nothing about it. So I got left with no sofa and 80GBP out of pocket. Beware AVOID bunch of thieves!!!!

GBAVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT FOREVER… AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT FOREVER TO RECEIVE YOUR FURNITURES! Purchased an in-stock bed frame in December 2020 and I still haven’t receive it as of 2/3/21. Emailed customer services for over 10 times and none of them were helpful.The worst part is their contact number on the website 510-200-9387 is not even a working number!!

GBI had trouble reaching the delivery… I had trouble reaching the delivery department to set up an appointment for delivery. I’ve left a few messages, and no one returned the calls. A few days later, I finally reached someone live, and we finally set up a time for delivery. The original salesman, couldn’t help us, for when we called him-the San Francisco showroom said he doesn’t work there anymore. I wonder why, no one from the San Francisco showroom follow up, with his customers. The original salesman did called us, to tell us that the sofas have arrived. The people at ANA FURNITURE, never follow up. They never called us, WE CALLED THEM.

GBTo nie jest Polska firma To nie jest Polska firma! To ciapacy ktorzy wogole sie nie znaja na prowadzeniu firmy. IT'S NOT A POLISH COMPANY. IT'S OWNED BY ASIANS WHO DO NOT KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY MADE SO MANY MISTAKES, AND GOOD LUCK IN GETTING A REPLY. WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY ARE SO RELAX AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED. Please save yourself some stress in deadling with this company.

IEstaff in shop was not skilled. staff in shop was not skilled. My order was not processed correctly and i had to contact the delivery center myself to find out that the order had been 'missed', so i had an extra delay before receiving the goods.
