THEY MADE SO MANY MISTAKES, AND GOOD LUCK IN GETTING A REPLY. WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY ARE SO RELAX AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED. Please save yourself some stress in deadling with this company.

GBI buy a table what I saw in the store… I buy a table what I saw in the store but they send to me different one this is not acceptable. I will not recommend to any one to buy from this store any more period

GBI bought two recliners and one didn't… I bought two recliners and one didn't work. I tried to return it the next day after delivery and was referred to the manufacturer who disclaimed any responsibility even though I had bought an "insurance" contract from Ana. I'll never do business with them again. Beware of anything they ask you to sign.

GBBetter quality than the hole in the… Better quality than the hole in the wall furniture shops but also pricier. I contacted them because of missing rubber pegs for some chairs but they never got back to me so after sale service is quite poor.

GBBad product quality The buying experience was great. However, the product itself was really bad quality. It broke ( the metal structure of the chair) in a little more than a year with minimal use.
