We started from San Mateo in 2006 and extended to Union City in 2012 and San Francisco in 2013. We carry a variety of home furnishings such as mid-century to modern living. I am giving 1 star because there is no… I am giving 1 star because there is no option for less. Do not order with them. Don't waste your time. I order a sofa who supports to be delivered in 8 weeks. I contacted them on week 7 to check delivery day and they just told me that there is a problem with this frame and they won't be able to delivered in time and can't give me delivery day.....Why they didn't informed me earlier on the first place and how they expected me to wait forever. Very bad customer service. They can ignore you for days before answering on WhatsApp and not answering phone.

I bought two recliners and one didn't… I bought two recliners and one didn't work. I tried to return it the next day after delivery and was referred to the manufacturer who disclaimed any responsibility even though I had bought an "insurance" contract from Ana. I'll never do business with them again. Beware of anything they ask you to sign.

Cheap cushioning Cheap cushioning I bought a couch and after two years the cushions sink and the adjustable headrest brackets stick out because the cushioning on the back is as cheap as on the seat. Very disappointed.

I had trouble reaching the delivery… I had trouble reaching the delivery department to set up an appointment for delivery. I’ve left a few messages, and no one returned the calls. A few days later, I finally reached someone live, and we finally set up a time for delivery. The original salesman, couldn’t help us, for when we called him-the San Francisco showroom said he doesn’t work there anymore. I wonder why, no one from the San Francisco showroom follow up, with his customers. The original salesman did called us, to tell us that the sofas have arrived. The people at ANA FURNITURE, never follow up. They never called us, WE CALLED THEM.

Bad product quality The buying experience was great. However, the product itself was really bad quality. It broke ( the metal structure of the chair) in a little more than a year with minimal use.
