staff in shop was not skilled. staff in shop was not skilled. My order was not processed correctly and i had to contact the delivery center myself to find out that the order had been 'missed', so i had an extra delay before receiving the goods.

Excellent hassle-free pressure-free experience Oscar Quintero was very helpful as he allowed us to evaluate many different options. He was not pushy and answered all of our questions enabling us to make the best overall decision, even though it took us almost two hours to decide! Oscar made it very easy to make the selection, complete the order, and get delivery. Delivery went very smoothly and quickly. Prices were very reasonable.

Never replaced the parts!! They Lying and Lying all the time someone sorted this someone coming! And never come.😡😡😡

Bad product quality The buying experience was great. However, the product itself was really bad quality. It broke ( the metal structure of the chair) in a little more than a year with minimal use.

I purchased whole lot of furniture from… I purchased whole lot of furniture from Ana and was happy with service provided by Tahir. My furniture came on time and the assembly guy also were fast. The overall experience was good except for the price wherein I think I should have gotten a better deal for so many item purchased and should have gotten free assembly
