The overall experience was good except for the price wherein I think I should have gotten a better deal for so many item purchased and should have gotten free assembly

I am giving 1 star because there is no… I am giving 1 star because there is no option for less. Do not order with them. Don't waste your time. I order a sofa who supports to be delivered in 8 weeks. I contacted them on week 7 to check delivery day and they just told me that there is a problem with this frame and they won't be able to delivered in time and can't give me delivery day.....Why they didn't informed me earlier on the first place and how they expected me to wait forever. Very bad customer service. They can ignore you for days before answering on WhatsApp and not answering phone.

staff in shop was not skilled. staff in shop was not skilled. My order was not processed correctly and i had to contact the delivery center myself to find out that the order had been 'missed', so i had an extra delay before receiving the goods.

Scammers Missing part in tv stand, 2 months is passed and we still haven’t received missing part. They ignore messages. Avoid this scammer!

Better quality than the hole in the… Better quality than the hole in the wall furniture shops but also pricier. I contacted them because of missing rubber pegs for some chairs but they never got back to me so after sale service is quite poor.
