GBExcellent hassle-free pressure-free experience Oscar Quintero was very helpful as he allowed us to evaluate many different options. He was not pushy and answered all of our questions enabling us to make the best overall decision, even though it took us almost two hours to decide! Oscar made it very easy to make the selection, complete the order, and get delivery. Delivery went very smoothly and quickly. Prices were very reasonable.

IEstaff in shop was not skilled. staff in shop was not skilled. My order was not processed correctly and i had to contact the delivery center myself to find out that the order had been 'missed', so i had an extra delay before receiving the goods.

GBThe furniture is worth the price The furniture is worth the price. They need to work on delivery to other parts of UK. Also, more instructions on installation should be provided. It is better to order the furniture available for delivery straight away that to pay for furniture that will not be ready until 8 weeks or more.

GBThe worst company And the worst… The worst company And the worst furniture I had ever seen before!!!! Absolutely ridiculous and cheap material and they never sorted my damaged corner sofa!!!! Never replaced the parts!! They Lying and Lying all the time someone sorted this someone coming! And never come.😡😡😡

GBI had trouble reaching the delivery… I had trouble reaching the delivery department to set up an appointment for delivery. I’ve left a few messages, and no one returned the calls. A few days later, I finally reached someone live, and we finally set up a time for delivery. The original salesman, couldn’t help us, for when we called him-the San Francisco showroom said he doesn’t work there anymore. I wonder why, no one from the San Francisco showroom follow up, with his customers. The original salesman did called us, to tell us that the sofas have arrived. The people at ANA FURNITURE, never follow up. They never called us, WE CALLED THEM.
