Bad product quality The buying experience was great. However, the product itself was really bad quality. It broke ( the metal structure of the chair) in a little more than a year with minimal use.

I am giving 1 star because there is no… I am giving 1 star because there is no option for less. Do not order with them. Don't waste your time. I order a sofa who supports to be delivered in 8 weeks. I contacted them on week 7 to check delivery day and they just told me that there is a problem with this frame and they won't be able to delivered in time and can't give me delivery day.....Why they didn't informed me earlier on the first place and how they expected me to wait forever. Very bad customer service. They can ignore you for days before answering on WhatsApp and not answering phone.

I tried to return it the next day after delivery and was referred to the manufacturer who disclaimed any responsibility even though I had bought an "insurance" contract from Ana. I'll never do business with them again. Beware of anything they ask you to sign.
