Very bad, product not provided but money taken - beware!! Paid for product (box of lip salves) and waited - after chasing several times, eventually advised product not available even though funds taken ! Also following registration on ethical website starting getting a stream of communication that was clearly just junk mail (not ethical) and also offers of services that were definitely not ethical and of a sexual nature. Will never try to shop there/ via site again. Avoid at all costs. Feb 2012

Fabulous panama hat Ordered a Panama hat from Tumi crafts through the ethical community website. Just a few days later a beautiful handmade panama hat arrived. Perfect and excellent value at £29.95. I'll recommend them to anyone, and will be looking through the website for Christmas gifts.

Needs better merchandising I've been looking for something like this for a while. Found some good stuff on there, but the merchandising needs to be better. Much of it could be using stronger guidelines for the shops on how to photograph (eg always against white). But crowdsourcing the most popular items would be interesting too.
