GBFantastic Product and Customer Service! I was traveling to Los Angeles to visit my brother and happened upon the Rodeo Drive skin care location which carried Oceane products. I bought the Oceane Turquoise Pearl Instant Facelift Mask which when I first attempted to use, the liner with the solution separated from the application syringe. The product was applied to my face in the store and I could immediately see the results and feel tingling and tightening of my skin! I contacted their customer service number and Ms. Farrenn Holt was kind enough to send me a new syringe and threw in some Sericin+ Hand & Body Cream as a bonus. GBWorst Customer Service I've been speaking with Oceana since December 2017 trying to return a product that made my skin breakout badly. Be very careful how you buy their products because they will tell you go to get your money back but when you actually try to they won't allow you to. It's the worst customer service to work with when you have an issue so make sure the stuff really works for your skin before you spend your money because you won't get it back..

GBBest i've ever used Oceane products have my skin feeling and looking absolutely fabulous! I've used many different within my 52 years, but their products are by far the BEST! The eye serum is a miracle product - takes wrinkles and lines away almost immediately. The face serum has my facial skin looking so smooth and firm and soft to the touch. I HIGHLY recommend these products....... you won't be disappointed!

GBNo So Great. Not that crazy about your over-priced products. I also did not appreciate the pressure and the over-the-top performance by the two gentlemen selling them. I saw a review where you stated that all the shops are franchises, and you have no control over how the salespeople behave. If I were you, I would have control, since they represent your brand, your reputation, and your products. You could have a code of conduct and procedure. Even if I liked the products, I would tell my friends to steer clear of the shop in the Natick, MA mall.

GBBEST Customer Service Ever! KUDOS to Lea Robsy, Customer Care Manager - Very put out because the Turquoise Pearl Face Lift Mask cylinder ran out of product after only 3-4 months of purchasing it and it was supposed to last one year. I emailed my complaint to Forever Flawless and within a day I received a note asking for my address so they could send a replacement to me - I was shocked! I've never been treated so kindly by a company; it was truly a great experience. Would order anything from them - they stand behind their product.
