I also think their No Return policy is not very customer friendly especially when the rest of the competition does. Will not be buying or recommending. Didn't appreciate the high pressure, aggressive sales tactics either.

I bought one of the product from TD… I bought one of the product from TD mall Calgary Canada, and I did not appreciate the pressure and the over-the-top performance by the salesmen selling them. I saw a review where you stated that all the shops are franchises, and you have no control over how the salespeople behave. If I were you, I would have control, since they represent your brand, your reputation, and your products. It’s okay to show the products to customers, but please don’t make them to buy! I only bought this so that I can leave the shop. Not impressed!

First time user I was very skeptical at first and thought that they were scam artists after money. After trying it though I could tell a difference before my treatment and after. It's only my first night using these products and I can already see a difference. I've been buying different products throughout my life and nothing seems to have worked and was giving up any hope short of spending thousands of dollars at a dermatologist. After just one night I can tell my acne scars and pimples are not as red and seem to be receding. It works, expensive but worth it if you don't want acne.

Ocean is not a reputable company-stay away! In November 2017 a Oceane Beauty dealer at the Westfarms Mall In West Hartford CT sold my 19 year old daughter $2000 of product she did not need-the price was never disclosed until she ran the card and then my daughter did not know what to do. She went to return the merchandise the next day and they literally ran from her. Customer service at the corporate level has been giving me the runaround for 6 weeks and will not even provide a working phone number for the dealer and never return calls or emails after promising to do so. This company is a multi-level marketing scam-stay away!!!

BEST Customer Service Ever! KUDOS to Lea Robsy, Customer Care Manager - Very put out because the Turquoise Pearl Face Lift Mask cylinder ran out of product after only 3-4 months of purchasing it and it was supposed to last one year. I emailed my complaint to Forever Flawless and within a day I received a note asking for my address so they could send a replacement to me - I was shocked! I've never been treated so kindly by a company; it was truly a great experience. Would order anything from them - they stand behind their product.
