Awesome customer service KUDOS to Farrenn Holt, Customer Service Specialist - I was disappointed that the Turquoise Pearl Face Lift Mask cylinder ran out of product after only 6 months of purchasing it and it was supposed to last one year. I emailed my complaint to Forever Flawless and within a day I received a note asking for my address so they could send a replacement to me - I was shocked! I've never been treated so kindly by a company; it was truly a great experience. Would order anything from them - they stand behind their product. Patricia

I’ve been reading the reviews I’ve been reading the reviews. I find it to quite interesting that we all pretty much had the same experience. Do they actually train their salespeople to be so very aggressive? I kept telling the two people that were after me to buy, that I couldn’t afford their products. But I intensely pressured to spend $500! Customer service - negative a million stars. Products - a million stars. lol Even though I still feel irritated with the experience. I absolutely LOVE their products! But now I buy them on Amazon. WAY less expensive & no abrasive salespeople!

Just received my purchase of body… Just received my purchase of body butter and sea salt body scrub, plus a lovely surprise of gift with purchase consisting of a tube body moisturizer and some satchels. Thank you. The body butter is divine, have not used the scrub yet but if its as good as the butter I will be very happy, especially putting the two together. The gift is also very moisturizing, again thank you. I will certainly recommend this product to my friends.

BEST Products Ever! I heard about this company from a friend of mine, and to be honest, was a little skeptical. Oceane products are not cheap, but after using the amazing TURQUOISE PEARL LIFTING & STRETCHING SERUM I know that my money was well spent. The entire Turquoise Pearl Collection is great! Love! Discovered Oceane while on vacation in Las Vegas. Was totally against trying it out. My skin is so sensitive and I'm so afraid to try something new and have a bad reaction. The person at the salon was extremely persistent that I finally agreed. I was pleasantly surprised when he applied both the facial peeling gel and the lifting and stretching mask. I came back the next day and purchased both along with the cleanser. Skin feels wonderful when I use Oceane! Thank you!
