First time user I was very skeptical at first and thought that they were scam artists after money. After trying it though I could tell a difference before my treatment and after. It's only my first night using these products and I can already see a difference. I've been buying different products throughout my life and nothing seems to have worked and was giving up any hope short of spending thousands of dollars at a dermatologist. After just one night I can tell my acne scars and pimples are not as red and seem to be receding. It works, expensive but worth it if you don't want acne.

I’ve been reading the reviews I’ve been reading the reviews. I find it to quite interesting that we all pretty much had the same experience. Do they actually train their salespeople to be so very aggressive? I kept telling the two people that were after me to buy, that I couldn’t afford their products. But I intensely pressured to spend $500! Customer service - negative a million stars. Products - a million stars. lol Even though I still feel irritated with the experience. I absolutely LOVE their products! But now I buy them on Amazon. WAY less expensive & no abrasive salespeople!

Absolutely outstanding product - excellent customer service ! I purchased the Pink pearl collection. After the first week of using the serum, the pump broke making it really difficult to get product out of the plastic tube. When I contacted Customer Service, I was pleasantly surprised at the customer Service from Lea. She happily replaced the product even though I bought it through one of their resellers. The product itself is FABULOUS. After 3 weeks of using the serum, cream and scrub, the differences are noticeable - and it sure helps when your own husband calls attention to that ! A+++

Ocean is not a reputable company-stay away! In November 2017 a Oceane Beauty dealer at the Westfarms Mall In West Hartford CT sold my 19 year old daughter $2000 of product she did not need-the price was never disclosed until she ran the card and then my daughter did not know what to do. She went to return the merchandise the next day and they literally ran from her. Customer service at the corporate level has been giving me the runaround for 6 weeks and will not even provide a working phone number for the dealer and never return calls or emails after promising to do so. This company is a multi-level marketing scam-stay away!!!

Awesome customer service KUDOS to Farrenn Holt, Customer Service Specialist - I was disappointed that the Turquoise Pearl Face Lift Mask cylinder ran out of product after only 6 months of purchasing it and it was supposed to last one year. I emailed my complaint to Forever Flawless and within a day I received a note asking for my address so they could send a replacement to me - I was shocked! I've never been treated so kindly by a company; it was truly a great experience. Would order anything from them - they stand behind their product. Patricia
