First time user I was very skeptical at first and thought that they were scam artists after money. After trying it though I could tell a difference before my treatment and after. It's only my first night using these products and I can already see a difference. I've been buying different products throughout my life and nothing seems to have worked and was giving up any hope short of spending thousands of dollars at a dermatologist. After just one night I can tell my acne scars and pimples are not as red and seem to be receding. It works, expensive but worth it if you don't want acne.

No visible lasting results No visible lasting results. Not any better than any other cream but much more expensive! I also think their No Return policy is not very customer friendly especially when the rest of the competition does. Will not be buying or recommending. Didn't appreciate the high pressure, aggressive sales tactics either.

Fantastic Product and Customer Service! I was traveling to Los Angeles to visit my brother and happened upon the Rodeo Drive skin care location which carried Oceane products. I bought the Oceane Turquoise Pearl Instant Facelift Mask which when I first attempted to use, the liner with the solution separated from the application syringe. The product was applied to my face in the store and I could immediately see the results and feel tingling and tightening of my skin! I contacted their customer service number and Ms. Farrenn Holt was kind enough to send me a new syringe and threw in some Sericin+ Hand & Body Cream as a bonus. Love! Discovered Oceane while on vacation in Las Vegas. Was totally against trying it out. My skin is so sensitive and I'm so afraid to try something new and have a bad reaction. The person at the salon was extremely persistent that I finally agreed. I was pleasantly surprised when he applied both the facial peeling gel and the lifting and stretching mask. I came back the next day and purchased both along with the cleanser. Skin feels wonderful when I use Oceane! Thank you!

The eye cream sent me to the hospital. I just got out of the hospital because a sales lady applied the under eye cream to my left eye late yesterday. Two hours after she applied the cream my son noticed my pupil would not dilate in that eye only. The next morning that side of face was swollen and my eye would still not dilate. I went to the hospital and they admitted me immediately for a MRI. The doctor was able to determine that it was in fact a chemical reaction from the cream after ruling out all other possibles. I have now been on steroids for six hours and the swelling has gone away but my eyes still won’t dilate. I have not yet received the bill from the hospital but even with insurance I'm sure it’s going to be very costly. At least the doctor is pretty confident my eye should return to normal within the next 24 hours.
