Blue Pearl Eye Cream - Definitely not what its supposed to be + 2 x taxes?! blue pearl eye cream was a winner when i first got this in SF at a retailer... however, this time (my 2nd purchase thru the website) seems to be a let down. Firstly, the product doesn't seem to be effective/as good as what i got the first time. Secondly, my online order (shipped to canada) was charged taxes twice! i was charged tax on my order thru the oceane website (us duties) and when i picked up my shipment, i was charged by DHL for canadian tax, which i found absolutely ridiculous when i've paid for duties already. Wouldn't anyone shopping online think that if a company is selling overseas, they would figure out what taxes the shopper needs to pay for based on their address etc?! This isn't ebay/amazon... and even those websites know better. After this purchase and the amount i paid (product, which was not cheap, and 2 x taxes, i would not place another order again. Disappointed with shipping procedures/online shipping handling and with the eye cream... usually i never post reviews but this experience needed to be shared.

The eye cream sent me to the hospital. I just got out of the hospital because a sales lady applied the under eye cream to my left eye late yesterday. Two hours after she applied the cream my son noticed my pupil would not dilate in that eye only. The next morning that side of face was swollen and my eye would still not dilate. I went to the hospital and they admitted me immediately for a MRI. The doctor was able to determine that it was in fact a chemical reaction from the cream after ruling out all other possibles. I have now been on steroids for six hours and the swelling has gone away but my eyes still won’t dilate. I have not yet received the bill from the hospital but even with insurance I'm sure it’s going to be very costly. At least the doctor is pretty confident my eye should return to normal within the next 24 hours.

BEST Products Ever! I heard about this company from a friend of mine, and to be honest, was a little skeptical. Oceane products are not cheap, but after using the amazing TURQUOISE PEARL LIFTING & STRETCHING SERUM I know that my money was well spent. The entire Turquoise Pearl Collection is great! Oceane product turquoise pearl facelift very disappointing 2nd time around The first time I bought turquoise pearl instant facelift I thought it was amazing. It worked so well under my eyes! Unfortunately I have purchased this for a second time and firstly the applicator wasn’t working properly so I couldn’t get any of the treatment out! I swapped it with my original applicatior but the fluid is either old stock? I can’t find an expiry date anywhere on the box?? or is faulted as it separates and then a lump of grainy mixture comes out!! It simply doesn’t work under my eyes as the first on clearly did! So disappointed after paying a lot of money for this.. I would like oceane to respond to my complaint.

Awesome customer service KUDOS to Farrenn Holt, Customer Service Specialist - I was disappointed that the Turquoise Pearl Face Lift Mask cylinder ran out of product after only 6 months of purchasing it and it was supposed to last one year. I emailed my complaint to Forever Flawless and within a day I received a note asking for my address so they could send a replacement to me - I was shocked! I've never been treated so kindly by a company; it was truly a great experience. Would order anything from them - they stand behind their product. Patricia
