First time user I was very skeptical at first and thought that they were scam artists after money. After trying it though I could tell a difference before my treatment and after. It's only my first night using these products and I can already see a difference. I've been buying different products throughout my life and nothing seems to have worked and was giving up any hope short of spending thousands of dollars at a dermatologist. After just one night I can tell my acne scars and pimples are not as red and seem to be receding. It works, expensive but worth it if you don't want acne.

Blue Pearl Eye Cream - Definitely not what its supposed to be + 2 x taxes?! blue pearl eye cream was a winner when i first got this in SF at a retailer... however, this time (my 2nd purchase thru the website) seems to be a let down. Firstly, the product doesn't seem to be effective/as good as what i got the first time. Secondly, my online order (shipped to canada) was charged taxes twice! i was charged tax on my order thru the oceane website (us duties) and when i picked up my shipment, i was charged by DHL for canadian tax, which i found absolutely ridiculous when i've paid for duties already. Wouldn't anyone shopping online think that if a company is selling overseas, they would figure out what taxes the shopper needs to pay for based on their address etc?! This isn't ebay/amazon... and even those websites know better. After this purchase and the amount i paid (product, which was not cheap, and 2 x taxes, i would not place another order again. Disappointed with shipping procedures/online shipping handling and with the eye cream... usually i never post reviews but this experience needed to be shared.

Absolutely outstanding product - excellent customer service ! I purchased the Pink pearl collection. After the first week of using the serum, the pump broke making it really difficult to get product out of the plastic tube. When I contacted Customer Service, I was pleasantly surprised at the customer Service from Lea. She happily replaced the product even though I bought it through one of their resellers. The product itself is FABULOUS. After 3 weeks of using the serum, cream and scrub, the differences are noticeable - and it sure helps when your own husband calls attention to that ! A+++

The eye cream sent me to the hospital. I just got out of the hospital because a sales lady applied the under eye cream to my left eye late yesterday. Two hours after she applied the cream my son noticed my pupil would not dilate in that eye only. The next morning that side of face was swollen and my eye would still not dilate. I went to the hospital and they admitted me immediately for a MRI. The doctor was able to determine that it was in fact a chemical reaction from the cream after ruling out all other possibles. I have now been on steroids for six hours and the swelling has gone away but my eyes still won’t dilate. I have not yet received the bill from the hospital but even with insurance I'm sure it’s going to be very costly. At least the doctor is pretty confident my eye should return to normal within the next 24 hours.

No visible lasting results No visible lasting results. Not any better than any other cream but much more expensive! I also think their No Return policy is not very customer friendly especially when the rest of the competition does. Will not be buying or recommending. Didn't appreciate the high pressure, aggressive sales tactics either.
