CABlue Pearl Eye Cream - Definitely not what its supposed to be + 2 x taxes?! blue pearl eye cream was a winner when i first got this in SF at a retailer... however, this time (my 2nd purchase thru the website) seems to be a let down. Firstly, the product doesn't seem to be effective/as good as what i got the first time. Secondly, my online order (shipped to canada) was charged taxes twice! i was charged tax on my order thru the oceane website (us duties) and when i picked up my shipment, i was charged by DHL for canadian tax, which i found absolutely ridiculous when i've paid for duties already. Wouldn't anyone shopping online think that if a company is selling overseas, they would figure out what taxes the shopper needs to pay for based on their address etc?! This isn't ebay/amazon... and even those websites know better. After this purchase and the amount i paid (product, which was not cheap, and 2 x taxes, i would not place another order again. Disappointed with shipping procedures/online shipping handling and with the eye cream... usually i never post reviews but this experience needed to be shared.

GBBEST Products Ever! I heard about this company from a friend of mine, and to be honest, was a little skeptical. Oceane products are not cheap, but after using the amazing TURQUOISE PEARL LIFTING & STRETCHING SERUM I know that my money was well spent. The entire Turquoise Pearl Collection is great! Try using it and you will never go back to any other brand. Supper happy customer!

GBAwesome products I love the blue pearl eye cream. Got it in a store so the sales pitch was pretty overwhelming, but the product itself is fantastic. Ive been using their toners,face washes, and moisturizers ever since and have definitely noticed a big improvement in my skin.

GBWorst Customer Service I've been speaking with Oceana since December 2017 trying to return a product that made my skin breakout badly. Be very careful how you buy their products because they will tell you go to get your money back but when you actually try to they won't allow you to. It's the worst customer service to work with when you have an issue so make sure the stuff really works for your skin before you spend your money because you won't get it back..

GBNo So Great. Not that crazy about your over-priced products. I also did not appreciate the pressure and the over-the-top performance by the two gentlemen selling them. I saw a review where you stated that all the shops are franchises, and you have no control over how the salespeople behave. If I were you, I would have control, since they represent your brand, your reputation, and your products. You could have a code of conduct and procedure. Even if I liked the products, I would tell my friends to steer clear of the shop in the Natick, MA mall.
