GBI’ve been reading the reviews I’ve been reading the reviews. I find it to quite interesting that we all pretty much had the same experience. Do they actually train their salespeople to be so very aggressive? I kept telling the two people that were after me to buy, that I couldn’t afford their products. But I intensely pressured to spend $500! Customer service - negative a million stars. Products - a million stars. lol Even though I still feel irritated with the experience. I absolutely LOVE their products! But now I buy them on Amazon. WAY less expensive & no abrasive salespeople!

GBOceane product turquoise pearl facelift very disappointing 2nd time around The first time I bought turquoise pearl instant facelift I thought it was amazing. It worked so well under my eyes! Unfortunately I have purchased this for a second time and firstly the applicator wasn’t working properly so I couldn’t get any of the treatment out! I swapped it with my original applicatior but the fluid is either old stock? I can’t find an expiry date anywhere on the box?? or is faulted as it separates and then a lump of grainy mixture comes out!! It simply doesn’t work under my eyes as the first on clearly did! So disappointed after paying a lot of money for this.. I would like oceane to respond to my complaint.

GBAs an update to my review earlier this… As an update to my review earlier this week regarding the rancid odor of my White Pearl Moisturizing Cream. My review received a response the next day with a phone number which I called. Debbie was understanding and helpful and said she would look into the situation and get back to me, which she did the following day. The end result is the company will be sending me a new jar of the product, so I am quite pleased.

GBFantastic Product and Customer Service! I was traveling to Los Angeles to visit my brother and happened upon the Rodeo Drive skin care location which carried Oceane products. I bought the Oceane Turquoise Pearl Instant Facelift Mask which when I first attempted to use, the liner with the solution separated from the application syringe. The product was applied to my face in the store and I could immediately see the results and feel tingling and tightening of my skin! I contacted their customer service number and Ms. Farrenn Holt was kind enough to send me a new syringe and threw in some Sericin+ Hand & Body Cream as a bonus. CABlue Pearl Eye Cream - Definitely not what its supposed to be + 2 x taxes?! blue pearl eye cream was a winner when i first got this in SF at a retailer... however, this time (my 2nd purchase thru the website) seems to be a let down. Firstly, the product doesn't seem to be effective/as good as what i got the first time. Secondly, my online order (shipped to canada) was charged taxes twice! i was charged tax on my order thru the oceane website (us duties) and when i picked up my shipment, i was charged by DHL for canadian tax, which i found absolutely ridiculous when i've paid for duties already. Wouldn't anyone shopping online think that if a company is selling overseas, they would figure out what taxes the shopper needs to pay for based on their address etc?! This isn't ebay/amazon... and even those websites know better. After this purchase and the amount i paid (product, which was not cheap, and 2 x taxes, i would not place another order again. Disappointed with shipping procedures/online shipping handling and with the eye cream... usually i never post reviews but this experience needed to be shared.
