GBBEST Customer Service Ever! KUDOS to Lea Robsy, Customer Care Manager - Very put out because the Turquoise Pearl Face Lift Mask cylinder ran out of product after only 3-4 months of purchasing it and it was supposed to last one year. I emailed my complaint to Forever Flawless and within a day I received a note asking for my address so they could send a replacement to me - I was shocked! I've never been treated so kindly by a company; it was truly a great experience. Would order anything from them - they stand behind their product.

GBOcean is not a reputable company-stay away! In November 2017 a Oceane Beauty dealer at the Westfarms Mall In West Hartford CT sold my 19 year old daughter $2000 of product she did not need-the price was never disclosed until she ran the card and then my daughter did not know what to do. She went to return the merchandise the next day and they literally ran from her. Customer service at the corporate level has been giving me the runaround for 6 weeks and will not even provide a working phone number for the dealer and never return calls or emails after promising to do so. This company is a multi-level marketing scam-stay away!!!

GBWorst Customer Service I've been speaking with Oceana since December 2017 trying to return a product that made my skin breakout badly. Be very careful how you buy their products because they will tell you go to get your money back but when you actually try to they won't allow you to. It's the worst customer service to work with when you have an issue so make sure the stuff really works for your skin before you spend your money because you won't get it back..

GBFirst time user I was very skeptical at first and thought that they were scam artists after money. After trying it though I could tell a difference before my treatment and after. It's only my first night using these products and I can already see a difference. I've been buying different products throughout my life and nothing seems to have worked and was giving up any hope short of spending thousands of dollars at a dermatologist. After just one night I can tell my acne scars and pimples are not as red and seem to be receding. It works, expensive but worth it if you don't want acne.

GBAs an update to my review earlier this… As an update to my review earlier this week regarding the rancid odor of my White Pearl Moisturizing Cream. My review received a response the next day with a phone number which I called. Debbie was understanding and helpful and said she would look into the situation and get back to me, which she did the following day. The end result is the company will be sending me a new jar of the product, so I am quite pleased.
