Absolutely outstanding product - excellent customer service ! I purchased the Pink pearl collection. After the first week of using the serum, the pump broke making it really difficult to get product out of the plastic tube. When I contacted Customer Service, I was pleasantly surprised at the customer Service from Lea. She happily replaced the product even though I bought it through one of their resellers. The product itself is FABULOUS. After 3 weeks of using the serum, cream and scrub, the differences are noticeable - and it sure helps when your own husband calls attention to that ! A+++

Awesome customer service KUDOS to Farrenn Holt, Customer Service Specialist - I was disappointed that the Turquoise Pearl Face Lift Mask cylinder ran out of product after only 6 months of purchasing it and it was supposed to last one year. I emailed my complaint to Forever Flawless and within a day I received a note asking for my address so they could send a replacement to me - I was shocked! I've never been treated so kindly by a company; it was truly a great experience. Would order anything from them - they stand behind their product. Patricia

Worst Customer Service I've been speaking with Oceana since December 2017 trying to return a product that made my skin breakout badly. Be very careful how you buy their products because they will tell you go to get your money back but when you actually try to they won't allow you to. It's the worst customer service to work with when you have an issue so make sure the stuff really works for your skin before you spend your money because you won't get it back..

BEST Products Ever! I heard about this company from a friend of mine, and to be honest, was a little skeptical. Oceane products are not cheap, but after using the amazing TURQUOISE PEARL LIFTING & STRETCHING SERUM I know that my money was well spent. The entire Turquoise Pearl Collection is great! I bought one of the product from TD… I bought one of the product from TD mall Calgary Canada, and I did not appreciate the pressure and the over-the-top performance by the salesmen selling them. I saw a review where you stated that all the shops are franchises, and you have no control over how the salespeople behave. If I were you, I would have control, since they represent your brand, your reputation, and your products. It’s okay to show the products to customers, but please don’t make them to buy! I only bought this so that I can leave the shop. Not impressed!
