GBAbsolutely outstanding product - excellent customer service ! I purchased the Pink pearl collection. After the first week of using the serum, the pump broke making it really difficult to get product out of the plastic tube. When I contacted Customer Service, I was pleasantly surprised at the customer Service from Lea. She happily replaced the product even though I bought it through one of their resellers. The product itself is FABULOUS. After 3 weeks of using the serum, cream and scrub, the differences are noticeable - and it sure helps when your own husband calls attention to that ! A+++

AUJust received my purchase of body… Just received my purchase of body butter and sea salt body scrub, plus a lovely surprise of gift with purchase consisting of a tube body moisturizer and some satchels. Thank you. The body butter is divine, have not used the scrub yet but if its as good as the butter I will be very happy, especially putting the two together. The gift is also very moisturizing, again thank you. I will certainly recommend this product to my friends.

GBOcean is not a reputable company-stay away! In November 2017 a Oceane Beauty dealer at the Westfarms Mall In West Hartford CT sold my 19 year old daughter $2000 of product she did not need-the price was never disclosed until she ran the card and then my daughter did not know what to do. She went to return the merchandise the next day and they literally ran from her. Customer service at the corporate level has been giving me the runaround for 6 weeks and will not even provide a working phone number for the dealer and never return calls or emails after promising to do so. This company is a multi-level marketing scam-stay away!!!

GBThe eye cream sent me to the hospital. I just got out of the hospital because a sales lady applied the under eye cream to my left eye late yesterday. Two hours after she applied the cream my son noticed my pupil would not dilate in that eye only. The next morning that side of face was swollen and my eye would still not dilate. I went to the hospital and they admitted me immediately for a MRI. The doctor was able to determine that it was in fact a chemical reaction from the cream after ruling out all other possibles. I have now been on steroids for six hours and the swelling has gone away but my eyes still won’t dilate. I have not yet received the bill from the hospital but even with insurance I'm sure it’s going to be very costly. At least the doctor is pretty confident my eye should return to normal within the next 24 hours.

GBBEST Customer Service Ever! KUDOS to Lea Robsy, Customer Care Manager - Very put out because the Turquoise Pearl Face Lift Mask cylinder ran out of product after only 3-4 months of purchasing it and it was supposed to last one year. I emailed my complaint to Forever Flawless and within a day I received a note asking for my address so they could send a replacement to me - I was shocked! I've never been treated so kindly by a company; it was truly a great experience. Would order anything from them - they stand behind their product.
