I’ve been reading the reviews I’ve been reading the reviews. I find it to quite interesting that we all pretty much had the same experience. Do they actually train their salespeople to be so very aggressive? I kept telling the two people that were after me to buy, that I couldn’t afford their products. But I intensely pressured to spend $500! Customer service - negative a million stars. Products - a million stars. lol Even though I still feel irritated with the experience. I absolutely LOVE their products! But now I buy them on Amazon. WAY less expensive & no abrasive salespeople!

Fantastic Product and Customer Service! I was traveling to Los Angeles to visit my brother and happened upon the Rodeo Drive skin care location which carried Oceane products. I bought the Oceane Turquoise Pearl Instant Facelift Mask which when I first attempted to use, the liner with the solution separated from the application syringe. The product was applied to my face in the store and I could immediately see the results and feel tingling and tightening of my skin! I contacted their customer service number and Ms. Farrenn Holt was kind enough to send me a new syringe and threw in some Sericin+ Hand & Body Cream as a bonus. First time user I was very skeptical at first and thought that they were scam artists after money. After trying it though I could tell a difference before my treatment and after. It's only my first night using these products and I can already see a difference. I've been buying different products throughout my life and nothing seems to have worked and was giving up any hope short of spending thousands of dollars at a dermatologist. After just one night I can tell my acne scars and pimples are not as red and seem to be receding. It works, expensive but worth it if you don't want acne.

I bought one of the product from TD… I bought one of the product from TD mall Calgary Canada, and I did not appreciate the pressure and the over-the-top performance by the salesmen selling them. I saw a review where you stated that all the shops are franchises, and you have no control over how the salespeople behave. If I were you, I would have control, since they represent your brand, your reputation, and your products. It’s okay to show the products to customers, but please don’t make them to buy! I only bought this so that I can leave the shop. Not impressed!

Absolutely outstanding product - excellent customer service ! I purchased the Pink pearl collection. After the first week of using the serum, the pump broke making it really difficult to get product out of the plastic tube. When I contacted Customer Service, I was pleasantly surprised at the customer Service from Lea. She happily replaced the product even though I bought it through one of their resellers. The product itself is FABULOUS. After 3 weeks of using the serum, cream and scrub, the differences are noticeable - and it sure helps when your own husband calls attention to that ! A+++
