Just received my purchase of body… Just received my purchase of body butter and sea salt body scrub, plus a lovely surprise of gift with purchase consisting of a tube body moisturizer and some satchels. Thank you. The body butter is divine, have not used the scrub yet but if its as good as the butter I will be very happy, especially putting the two together. The gift is also very moisturizing, again thank you. I will certainly recommend this product to my friends.

Fantastic Product and Customer Service! I was traveling to Los Angeles to visit my brother and happened upon the Rodeo Drive skin care location which carried Oceane products. I bought the Oceane Turquoise Pearl Instant Facelift Mask which when I first attempted to use, the liner with the solution separated from the application syringe. The product was applied to my face in the store and I could immediately see the results and feel tingling and tightening of my skin! I contacted their customer service number and Ms. Farrenn Holt was kind enough to send me a new syringe and threw in some Sericin+ Hand & Body Cream as a bonus. Oceane products are not cheap, but after using the amazing TURQUOISE PEARL LIFTING & STRETCHING SERUM I know that my money was well spent. The entire Turquoise Pearl Collection is great! As an update to my review earlier this… As an update to my review earlier this week regarding the rancid odor of my White Pearl Moisturizing Cream. My review received a response the next day with a phone number which I called. Debbie was understanding and helpful and said she would look into the situation and get back to me, which she did the following day. The end result is the company will be sending me a new jar of the product, so I am quite pleased.

Absolutely outstanding product - excellent customer service ! I purchased the Pink pearl collection. After the first week of using the serum, the pump broke making it really difficult to get product out of the plastic tube. When I contacted Customer Service, I was pleasantly surprised at the customer Service from Lea. She happily replaced the product even though I bought it through one of their resellers. The product itself is FABULOUS. After 3 weeks of using the serum, cream and scrub, the differences are noticeable - and it sure helps when your own husband calls attention to that ! A+++
