Fantastic Product and Customer Service! I was traveling to Los Angeles to visit my brother and happened upon the Rodeo Drive skin care location which carried Oceane products. I bought the Oceane Turquoise Pearl Instant Facelift Mask which when I first attempted to use, the liner with the solution separated from the application syringe. The product was applied to my face in the store and I could immediately see the results and feel tingling and tightening of my skin! I contacted their customer service number and Ms. Farrenn Holt was kind enough to send me a new syringe and threw in some Sericin+ Hand & Body Cream as a bonus. Love! Discovered Oceane while on vacation in Las Vegas. Was totally against trying it out. My skin is so sensitive and I'm so afraid to try something new and have a bad reaction. The person at the salon was extremely persistent that I finally agreed. I was pleasantly surprised when he applied both the facial peeling gel and the lifting and stretching mask. I came back the next day and purchased both along with the cleanser. Skin feels wonderful when I use Oceane! Thank you!

Oceane product turquoise pearl facelift very disappointing 2nd time around The first time I bought turquoise pearl instant facelift I thought it was amazing. It worked so well under my eyes! Unfortunately I have purchased this for a second time and firstly the applicator wasn’t working properly so I couldn’t get any of the treatment out! I swapped it with my original applicatior but the fluid is either old stock? I can’t find an expiry date anywhere on the box?? or is faulted as it separates and then a lump of grainy mixture comes out!! It simply doesn’t work under my eyes as the first on clearly did! So disappointed after paying a lot of money for this.. I would like oceane to respond to my complaint.

BEST Products Ever! I heard about this company from a friend of mine, and to be honest, was a little skeptical. Oceane products are not cheap, but after using the amazing TURQUOISE PEARL LIFTING & STRETCHING SERUM I know that my money was well spent. The entire Turquoise Pearl Collection is great! Just received my purchase of body… Just received my purchase of body butter and sea salt body scrub, plus a lovely surprise of gift with purchase consisting of a tube body moisturizer and some satchels. Thank you. The body butter is divine, have not used the scrub yet but if its as good as the butter I will be very happy, especially putting the two together. The gift is also very moisturizing, again thank you. I will certainly recommend this product to my friends.
