CAAwesome customer service KUDOS to Farrenn Holt, Customer Service Specialist - I was disappointed that the Turquoise Pearl Face Lift Mask cylinder ran out of product after only 6 months of purchasing it and it was supposed to last one year. I emailed my complaint to Forever Flawless and within a day I received a note asking for my address so they could send a replacement to me - I was shocked! I've never been treated so kindly by a company; it was truly a great experience. Would order anything from them - they stand behind their product. Patricia

GBWorst Customer Service I've been speaking with Oceana since December 2017 trying to return a product that made my skin breakout badly. Be very careful how you buy their products because they will tell you go to get your money back but when you actually try to they won't allow you to. It's the worst customer service to work with when you have an issue so make sure the stuff really works for your skin before you spend your money because you won't get it back..

CANo visible lasting results No visible lasting results. Not any better than any other cream but much more expensive! I also think their No Return policy is not very customer friendly especially when the rest of the competition does. Will not be buying or recommending. Didn't appreciate the high pressure, aggressive sales tactics either.

GBI’ve been reading the reviews I’ve been reading the reviews. I find it to quite interesting that we all pretty much had the same experience. Do they actually train their salespeople to be so very aggressive? I kept telling the two people that were after me to buy, that I couldn’t afford their products. But I intensely pressured to spend $500! Customer service - negative a million stars. Products - a million stars. lol Even though I still feel irritated with the experience. I absolutely LOVE their products! But now I buy them on Amazon. WAY less expensive & no abrasive salespeople!
