Ocean is not a reputable company-stay away! In November 2017 a Oceane Beauty dealer at the Westfarms Mall In West Hartford CT sold my 19 year old daughter $2000 of product she did not need-the price was never disclosed until she ran the card and then my daughter did not know what to do. She went to return the merchandise the next day and they literally ran from her. Customer service at the corporate level has been giving me the runaround for 6 weeks and will not even provide a working phone number for the dealer and never return calls or emails after promising to do so. This company is a multi-level marketing scam-stay away!!!

Oceane product turquoise pearl facelift very disappointing 2nd time around The first time I bought turquoise pearl instant facelift I thought it was amazing. It worked so well under my eyes! Unfortunately I have purchased this for a second time and firstly the applicator wasn’t working properly so I couldn’t get any of the treatment out! I swapped it with my original applicatior but the fluid is either old stock? I can’t find an expiry date anywhere on the box?? or is faulted as it separates and then a lump of grainy mixture comes out!! It simply doesn’t work under my eyes as the first on clearly did! So disappointed after paying a lot of money for this.. I would like oceane to respond to my complaint.

Fantastic Product and Customer Service! I was traveling to Los Angeles to visit my brother and happened upon the Rodeo Drive skin care location which carried Oceane products. I bought the Oceane Turquoise Pearl Instant Facelift Mask which when I first attempted to use, the liner with the solution separated from the application syringe. The product was applied to my face in the store and I could immediately see the results and feel tingling and tightening of my skin! I contacted their customer service number and Ms. Farrenn Holt was kind enough to send me a new syringe and threw in some Sericin+ Hand & Body Cream as a bonus. Best i've ever used Oceane products have my skin feeling and looking absolutely fabulous! I've used many different within my 52 years, but their products are by far the BEST! The eye serum is a miracle product - takes wrinkles and lines away almost immediately. The face serum has my facial skin looking so smooth and firm and soft to the touch. I HIGHLY recommend these products....... you won't be disappointed!

No visible lasting results No visible lasting results. Not any better than any other cream but much more expensive! I also think their No Return policy is not very customer friendly especially when the rest of the competition does. Will not be buying or recommending. Didn't appreciate the high pressure, aggressive sales tactics either.
