CAI bought one of the product from TD… I bought one of the product from TD mall Calgary Canada, and I did not appreciate the pressure and the over-the-top performance by the salesmen selling them. I saw a review where you stated that all the shops are franchises, and you have no control over how the salespeople behave. If I were you, I would have control, since they represent your brand, your reputation, and your products. It’s okay to show the products to customers, but please don’t make them to buy! I only bought this so that I can leave the shop. Not impressed!

GBAbsolutely outstanding product - excellent customer service ! I purchased the Pink pearl collection. After the first week of using the serum, the pump broke making it really difficult to get product out of the plastic tube. When I contacted Customer Service, I was pleasantly surprised at the customer Service from Lea. She happily replaced the product even though I bought it through one of their resellers. The product itself is FABULOUS. After 3 weeks of using the serum, cream and scrub, the differences are noticeable - and it sure helps when your own husband calls attention to that ! A+++

GBAwesome products I love the blue pearl eye cream. Got it in a store so the sales pitch was pretty overwhelming, but the product itself is fantastic. Ive been using their toners,face washes, and moisturizers ever since and have definitely noticed a big improvement in my skin.

GBOceane product turquoise pearl facelift very disappointing 2nd time around The first time I bought turquoise pearl instant facelift I thought it was amazing. It worked so well under my eyes! Unfortunately I have purchased this for a second time and firstly the applicator wasn’t working properly so I couldn’t get any of the treatment out! I swapped it with my original applicatior but the fluid is either old stock? I can’t find an expiry date anywhere on the box?? or is faulted as it separates and then a lump of grainy mixture comes out!! It simply doesn’t work under my eyes as the first on clearly did! So disappointed after paying a lot of money for this.. I would like oceane to respond to my complaint.

I saw a review where you stated that all the shops are franchises, and you have no control over how the salespeople behave. If I were you, I would have control, since they represent your brand, your reputation, and your products. You could have a code of conduct and procedure. Even if I liked the products, I would tell my friends to steer clear of the shop in the Natick, MA mall.
