MotionVFX is simply the best place to… MotionVFX is simply the best place to look for worlds best quality, timesaver presets. In our case we used it to make our first documentary movie. Staff is highly responsive, all the tutorials are in products sites. Now our DaVinci Resolve is able to do magic things. I would recommend MotionVFX to all who would like to raise their production value.

Customer service is as good as the plugins! Creating driving education YouTube videos is made so much easier with the simple to use plug-ins from MotionVFX. It wasn't until recently when some of my products didn't work correctly that I had to get in touch with customer services for the first time. The problem was quickly and easily rectified. I've used their motion graphics for over a year now. First time I had a bug? I reported it, received a chat reply within minutes, they confirmed the bug on their end, solved the issue, sent me $10 of credit for bug reporting, and pushed an update. All of this occured within a few hours. Truly fantastic experience!

Customer service, plus Recently I signed up for a trial. Unfortunately, I was on the last day until I could try out CineStudio. During the day, I was having issues and simply ran out of time. 100% my fault. I asked my questions anyhow. They answered and graciously understood I had extenuating circumstances that limited my ability to really work through the issue I had. They graciously extended my trail. The customer service approach to solving my issue was good, and the plus is they were human about it to extend more time to true see if the program is a fit for me.
