Best Customer Service Ever I had a small issue, reached out to the support crew not really expecting anything special! Boy was I wrong an almost immediate response that cleared up my problem in minutes. Great company, great support, great staff!

Great aftersales First of all the aftersales are unmatched. I had an issue installing plugins from the app (that turned out to be a rare-case general). More than a week I was asked questions, check things, upload things and try-out a new version, which in the end solved the problem, so now I'm gonna try out. The even gave me a credit for reporting and helping out with details to solve it. (If you have had problems installing, especially not completing try out the newest version (via settings, update) or at least report your issue, they really try to solve it)

If it Feels too Good To be True, Don't Worry. It's the Real Deal! I'm an experienced editor but I'm used to creating graphics from scratch for every project. That's incredibly tiring after a few years, so when I heard about this MotionVFX that creates great presets that are not only stylish but super (emphasis on the SUPER) customizable, it looked too good to be true, but I had to try it. My experience templated from their website and their app has been mosly seamless. I'm not a big fan of limited hardware licenses (I know it's an industry wide thing, they just irk me) but that's about the only complaint I have. The easy to use controls, wide variety in templates, designs, animations and wide range of tools that tunes the templates to your exact taste make up for that. It also helps that it's as taxing on your computer hardware compared to MOGRTs in Premiere Pro. I think they're a great purchaseif for anyone who wants to speed up their video editing workflow with drag and drop motion templates that allow for really precise customization and controls Definitely recommend!

MotionVFX product & support are exceptional MotionVFX offers both some exceptionally high quality products and the best support I have ever received. I've used their motion graphics for over a year now. First time I had a bug? I reported it, received a chat reply within minutes, they confirmed the bug on their end, solved the issue, sent me $10 of credit for bug reporting, and pushed an update. All of this occured within a few hours. Truly fantastic experience!

MotionVFX is simply the best place to… MotionVFX is simply the best place to look for worlds best quality, timesaver presets. In our case we used it to make our first documentary movie. Staff is highly responsive, all the tutorials are in products sites. Now our DaVinci Resolve is able to do magic things. I would recommend MotionVFX to all who would like to raise their production value.
