The MVFX team always delivers top notch… The MVFX team always delivers top notch customer service for their products and any issues I've run into. In this case I had an issue with a model purchased by a third party and Zbigniew went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. This was just one instance of many where the MVFX team has outperformed my expectations.

Great customer service and products This man did not give me a work order in case I could not get my program to work. He sent me another e mail to give me a few new ideas to help me. Usually companies like to give one answer, then give me a work order to contact them again. What a wonderful company who has workers that really care about their customers. I will be forever thankful to this man in customer service, and the company who cares for their customers, even if it is the customer’s fault for problem. Great aftersales First of all the aftersales are unmatched. I had an issue installing plugins from the app (that turned out to be a rare-case general). More than a week I was asked questions, check things, upload things and try-out a new version, which in the end solved the problem, so now I'm gonna try out. The even gave me a credit for reporting and helping out with details to solve it. (If you have had problems installing, especially not completing try out the newest version (via settings, update) or at least report your issue, they really try to solve it)

The have fantastic products The have fantastic products, especially mpuppet. However, more importantly their customer support is amazing! They really do go out of their way to help and solve the issue, to them you are not a number you are a person .
