Great customer service and products This man did not give me a work order in case I could not get my program to work. He sent me another e mail to give me a few new ideas to help me. Usually companies like to give one answer, then give me a work order to contact them again. What a wonderful company who has workers that really care about their customers. I will be forever thankful to this man in customer service, and the company who cares for their customers, even if it is the customer’s fault for problem. A highly professional organisation A highly professional organisation. I had a small problem with the "show/hide" option on the effects button in Inspector being inadvertently set to "hide" meaning I could not see LUTs I was trying to apply.
