Great support when you need it! I had an issue with my account (my mistake) and I emailed support and got a response from Jakob almost immediately. He fixed the issue and I was on my way. I wish all companies worked like this! MotionVFX has always been the best place to shop for plugins and FX that are updated and optimized for the latest designs and the latest OS (in my case Apple silicon) but I didn't know until now how awesome their support is. Nice to work with an actual human - not some AI bot - who can take care of an issue instantly and get me back to work. Great company, great products, great support!

I use it for Final Cut Pro, and the developers also provide short tutorials on YouTube for all the plugins, which help you quickly learn how to use them. I haven't regretted it, and it makes my work easier in many Situations.
