Talked with four customer service reps. One asked, “Is there a friend or family member who could help you?” Instructions from two others were sketchy. Fortunately, Number Four cut to the chase and said, “We can help you (complete the process.” sic.) From there on, it was smooth sailing. Response and turn-around were excellent.
