GBJust perfect. The cards ended up looking just as they did online. They were simply perfect and got shipped to me very quick. I did pay for the overnight shipping Monday night, after they got done making them Tuesday they were delivered Wednesday morning at 10am. It was the best experience and I got them just in time.

GBGreat company!! Had a little misprint of the picture on our cards. The mistake was fixed promptly and we were able to get the cards on time without any difficulty. I appreciate the wonderful customer service and while I hope to not need this service soon, I will come back to the site and recommend them to others.

GBGreat customer service! Customer service was easy to reach and extremely helpful, even with all my questions and tech difficulties. The "team" was able to fix some of the problems I had with making the funeral print poster and fix some of the resolution issues. The poster looked great in the end! However, the website wasn't very efficient or user friendly to make a collage poster. Actually, the pictures were very easy to add. But you had no idea where they were going to show up so you couldn't format it how you wanted it. So some of the pictures didn't fit the frame available and parts of pictures/people were cut off. There wasn't a way to change this. I almost gave up and went with another company. Luckily, these were the problems that the customer service team as able to fix, but I should've been able to format it the way I wanted and fix this. Simply fixing the website so you know where you're adding the pictures and being able to move location would've made this so much better, and also less work for customer service.

GBThe finished card is exactly what I wanted. The finished card is perfect. However, arriving at that point was frustrating, because I needed help navigating the Website. Talked with four customer service reps. One asked, “Is there a friend or family member who could help you?” Instructions from two others were sketchy. Fortunately, Number Four cut to the chase and said, “We can help you (complete the process.” sic.) From there on, it was smooth sailing. Response and turn-around were excellent.
