Was able to answer all my questions and even offered to email me my cartridge compatibility list with my printer. On top of all this, my call was answered immediately, not like places you have to go thru a ton of menus and options only to be placed on a long wait. I’m super satisfied! Thank you again!!!

We found TCS when we needed a new label printer for our small business but were completely overwhelmed by all the options on the market. We wanted to find a real person we could talk to about our needs who wouldn't just sling technical jargon at us or try to sell us on their highest ticket item. Drew at TCS listened, helped us choose the right printer, and has even helped us learn how to use and troubleshoot the printer when the manufacturer's call center was talking us in circles. They dropped the ball on an order for label stock once, but they took responsibility and righted the wrong, and that's really all we can ask because everybody makes mistakes sometimes.
