Great customer service!! The gal that answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions and even offered to email me my cartridge compatibility list with my printer. On top of all this, my call was answered immediately, not like places you have to go thru a ton of menus and options only to be placed on a long wait. I’m super satisfied! Thank you again!!!

Great first experience! The price was good and even though I forgot to add a promotional free item, they still sent it. Then there was a follow up email regarding a maintenance box that would basically be used up completely by the time the set up was done, which allowed me to have an additional one sent.
