Great customer service!! The gal that answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions and even offered to email me my cartridge compatibility list with my printer. On top of all this, my call was answered immediately, not like places you have to go thru a ton of menus and options only to be placed on a long wait. I’m super satisfied! Thank you again!!!

There are no small orders to their customer service A representative Melissa went what I would consider above and beyond by reaching out to help me save money by reminding me to provide my sales tax exemption cert. On top of that I noticed an error in the shipping address I had and she quickly corrected it. It was a small order so it this level of detail impressed me. I would highly recommend.

Premium customer service Being new to printing labels, I wasn’t sure what would be the best option for my products. Melissa helped tremendously not only in finding the best option for my products, but also label material. They went above and beyond sending me samples of what my labels would look like and Brian spent a lot of valuable time helping me get my printer set up and working.
