I would highly recommend doing business… I would highly recommend doing business with TCS. From the ownership down was responsive and flexible to make sure my company received the product we needed. Their company has a family feel and everyone was accessible and gracious with their time to solve some issues we were having with a printer. In the end they went above and beyond to make sure we got the right product we wanted even at their expense. Great customer service!! The gal that answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions and even offered to email me my cartridge compatibility list with my printer. On top of all this, my call was answered immediately, not like places you have to go thru a ton of menus and options only to be placed on a long wait. I’m super satisfied! Thank you again!!!

I've Been a TCS Digital Client for 4 Great Years and Counting... I have been working with TCS Digital since 2018. They used to print our labels for us and then they sold us our own label printer. They provide us custom shape label stock and maintain our printer now. Dennis and his team have been great to work with. They are experts in printing stuff. They provide excellent customer service. Dennis is a cool guy overall. I enjoy working with TCS Digital and would recommend using them if you need anything printing.

shipping the only issue I have it shipping. I cant expedite shipping to get here any faster other then that great experience. Shipping is still pretty quick.

Premium customer service Being new to printing labels, I wasn’t sure what would be the best option for my products. Melissa helped tremendously not only in finding the best option for my products, but also label material. They went above and beyond sending me samples of what my labels would look like and Brian spent a lot of valuable time helping me get my printer set up and working.
