Was able to answer all my questions and even offered to email me my cartridge compatibility list with my printer. GBGreat first experience! The price was good and even though I forgot to add a promotional free item, they still sent it. Then there was a follow up email regarding a maintenance box that would basically be used up completely by the time the set up was done, which allowed me to have an additional one sent. Great customer service!
