Great customer service!! The gal that answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions and even offered to email me my cartridge compatibility list with my printer. On top of all this, my call was answered immediately, not like places you have to go thru a ton of menus and options only to be placed on a long wait. I’m super satisfied! Thank you again!!!

I've Been a TCS Digital Client for 4 Great Years and Counting... I have been working with TCS Digital since 2018. They used to print our labels for us and then they sold us our own label printer. They provide us custom shape label stock and maintain our printer now. Dennis and his team have been great to work with. They are experts in printing stuff. They provide excellent customer service. Dennis is a cool guy overall. I enjoy working with TCS Digital and would recommend using them if you need anything printing.

Great first experience! The price was good and even though I forgot to add a promotional free item, they still sent it. Then there was a follow up email regarding a maintenance box that would basically be used up completely by the time the set up was done, which allowed me to have an additional one sent. Great customer service!
