From the ownership down was responsive and flexible to make sure my company received the product we needed. Their company has a family feel and everyone was accessible and gracious with their time to solve some issues we were having with a printer. GBGreat first experience! The price was good and even though I forgot to add a promotional free item, they still sent it. Then there was a follow up email regarding a maintenance box that would basically be used up completely by the time the set up was done, which allowed me to have an additional one sent. Great customer service!
