They went above and beyond sending me samples of what my labels would look like and Brian spent a lot of valuable time helping me get my printer set up and working. Great first experience! The price was good and even though I forgot to add a promotional free item, they still sent it. Then there was a follow up email regarding a maintenance box that would basically be used up completely by the time the set up was done, which allowed me to have an additional one sent.
