Great first experience! The price was good and even though I forgot to add a promotional free item, they still sent it. Then there was a follow up email regarding a maintenance box that would basically be used up completely by the time the set up was done, which allowed me to have an additional one sent. Great customer service!

They went above and beyond sending me samples of what my labels would look like and Brian spent a lot of valuable time helping me get my printer set up and working. I've Been a TCS Digital Client for 4 Great Years and Counting... I have been working with TCS Digital since 2018. They used to print our labels for us and then they sold us our own label printer. They provide us custom shape label stock and maintain our printer now. Dennis and his team have been great to work with. They are experts in printing stuff. They provide excellent customer service. Dennis is a cool guy overall. I enjoy working with TCS Digital and would recommend using them if you need anything printing.

There are no small orders to their customer service A representative Melissa went what I would consider above and beyond by reaching out to help me save money by reminding me to provide my sales tax exemption cert. On top of that I noticed an error in the shipping address I had and she quickly corrected it. It was a small order so it this level of detail impressed me. I would highly recommend.
