GBGreat customer service!! The gal that answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions and even offered to email me my cartridge compatibility list with my printer. On top of all this, my call was answered immediately, not like places you have to go thru a ton of menus and options only to be placed on a long wait. I’m super satisfied! Thank you again!!!

From the ownership down was responsive and flexible to make sure my company received the product we needed. Their company has a family feel and everyone was accessible and gracious with their time to solve some issues we were having with a printer.
