We found TCS when we needed a new label printer for our small business but were completely overwhelmed by all the options on the market. We wanted to find a real person we could talk to about our needs who wouldn't just sling technical jargon at us or try to sell us on their highest ticket item. Drew at TCS listened, helped us choose the right printer, and has even helped us learn how to use and troubleshoot the printer when the manufacturer's call center was talking us in circles. They dropped the ball on an order for label stock once, but they took responsibility and righted the wrong, and that's really all we can ask because everybody makes mistakes sometimes. We feel like our business is valued and that is so rare now. We love doing business with TCS.

They provide us custom shape label stock and maintain our printer now. Dennis and his team have been great to work with. They are experts in printing stuff. They provide excellent customer service. Dennis is a cool guy overall. I enjoy working with TCS Digital and would recommend using them if you need anything printing.
