shipping the only issue I have it shipping. I cant expedite shipping to get here any faster other then that great experience. Shipping is still pretty quick.

We wanted to find a real person we could talk to about our needs who wouldn't just sling technical jargon at us or try to sell us on their highest ticket item. Drew at TCS listened, helped us choose the right printer, and has even helped us learn how to use and troubleshoot the printer when the manufacturer's call center was talking us in circles.
