Great customer service!! The gal that answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions and even offered to email me my cartridge compatibility list with my printer. On top of all this, my call was answered immediately, not like places you have to go thru a ton of menus and options only to be placed on a long wait. I’m super satisfied! Thank you again!!!

Great customer service Drew was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail. He was very helpful in figuring out which printer best fit my needs and what labels I needed. I received the printer on time and excited to start using it. Melissa from TCS Digital was also very helpful and gave great customer service. Overall very happy with the service provided.

Knowledgable and helpful; TCS treats us like our business matters to them! We found TCS when we needed a new label printer for our small business but were completely overwhelmed by all the options on the market. We wanted to find a real person we could talk to about our needs who wouldn't just sling technical jargon at us or try to sell us on their highest ticket item. Drew at TCS listened, helped us choose the right printer, and has even helped us learn how to use and troubleshoot the printer when the manufacturer's call center was talking us in circles. They dropped the ball on an order for label stock once, but they took responsibility and righted the wrong, and that's really all we can ask because everybody makes mistakes sometimes.
