Great first experience! The price was good and even though I forgot to add a promotional free item, they still sent it. Then there was a follow up email regarding a maintenance box that would basically be used up completely by the time the set up was done, which allowed me to have an additional one sent. Great customer service!

Premium customer service Being new to printing labels, I wasn’t sure what would be the best option for my products. Melissa helped tremendously not only in finding the best option for my products, but also label material. They went above and beyond sending me samples of what my labels would look like and Brian spent a lot of valuable time helping me get my printer set up and working. shipping the only issue I have it shipping. I cant expedite shipping to get here any faster other then that great experience. Shipping is still pretty quick.
