There are no small orders to their customer service A representative Melissa went what I would consider above and beyond by reaching out to help me save money by reminding me to provide my sales tax exemption cert. On top of that I noticed an error in the shipping address I had and she quickly corrected it. It was a small order so it this level of detail impressed me. I would highly recommend.

Premium customer service Being new to printing labels, I wasn’t sure what would be the best option for my products. They went above and beyond sending me samples of what my labels would look like and Brian spent a lot of valuable time helping me get my printer set up and working.
